Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, food, room, terrace was excellent. You can see that they really have an eye on details and that the touch that makes it so tasteful and special are all there. Would also really recommend the restaurant at the hotel, AO restaurant. If we are going back to this area we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

From the first welcoming impression at the reception to the departure our stay was pure pleasure. The room was designed with a thought and the views were wonderful - from the room itself but also from a roof terrace surrounded by the vineyard. Just go and find this hidden gem with its lovely hosts, food and wine - we certainly will again!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, with stunning views of the city and the vineyards. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. But what made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was great served to your table with a wide selection on the menu. It was great watching the sunset on our balcony and then having the chance to walk through the vineyard in the morning.

The location was a bit hidden and took a while to get up there.

The services at this place were great. The room was very clean and spacious, fully stocked mini fridge and they also provided a fan for summer. They also provided a pass for places to visit in Brixen.

The only thing I can complain about is that the room is too hot on a summer afternoon and the air conditioner is not cold enough.

The room facility, the terrace, and the restaurant are outstanding.

The staff was very nice, the rooms are very clean and beautiful decorated. You have to try their dinner menu, so many different dishes and above delicious. The breakfast was also very tasty, from regional producers or from own garden. We ve loved it and will for sure come back!

The AC didn't work. When we asked about it the hotel manager told us that in that at that time of the year (September) they turned it off.

The location is amazing, the fact that it is on the hill gives you the best view of Brixen city. The Dinner is absolutely AMAZING! So delechios and very unique!

Bathroom has no door, mirrors are sliding (connecting bathroom & room), limited choices for breakfast (served on the table), wifi is not covering balcony.

Haller Suites is absolute perfection. The view from the bedroom and bathroom was unbelievable! Such an extra treat to stay over New Years, dine at the AO restaurant, and get to see the fireworks from our room and the upstairs terrace. The town was cute, especially during the Christmas market. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we will remember forever! Brixen isn't right on the mountain like the town we were previously in (Ortisei), but the value and level of service we received at Haller Suites far exceeded what we got in Ortisei. The bathtub alone was worth staying out of the way a little and making the drive to the slopes.

We truly loved everything about our stay at Haller. the room was beautiful and the balcony gave way to an even more beautiful Mountain view. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond for us, they even made and packed us a breakfast sack for our early morning hike. Truly a great stay.
