How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Friendly staff,very good location metro station is 2min walk, easy to reach spanish stairs or trevi by walk in 15min,good breakfast,very clean-we got our room cleaned with new towels every day ! Silence at night is quaranteed! perceft place with good location and safe feeling…

Alexandra is a great host. She manage to check in me much earlier, while I was waiting she prepared for me breakfast. Hotel was very secured, 5 doors to get in, so nobody by accident can’t get in:)

The hotel is very quiet and clean, with friendly staff. They had our room ready well before the standard check-in time, which we really appreciated. The room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect — close to the train station and major attractions.

The only one thing, which wasn't a big deal, is the shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced, it didn't have very good water flow, many of the holes were plugged up. However, the hand-held wand had great water flow and pressure.
I didn't get her name, but the female running the hotel was awesome, so personable, provided recommendations for restaurants, allowed us to check-in early and also check-out late. The room was exactly as described. The location was awesome, very central, easily walk to all locations in Rome and lots of restaurants around the area. The breakfast was also fantastic, a variety of croissants, the coffee was high quality and provided options like latte's, cappuccino or espresso, toast with cold cuts and cheese, a couple varieties of cakes, hardboiled eggs and even yogurt. It was great!!!

I found it very strange in most of the hotels I have stayed in Rome and Napoli which is “ complimentary small bottle of water, tea and coffee bags” only on the 1st night of your stay.

The noice from the AC pipe
Location as it’s central and walking distance to some of the tourist spot areas and close to Termini station and a lot of restaurants within the neighbourhood. Pastries served for breakfast are a top notch especially the pistachio croissants. I can’t wait to be back and sample them again. Staff are also accommodating to the guest needs.

More variety for breakfast would have been preferred especially for vegetarians.
Room was comfortable for 3 adults. Shower area was a bit cramped. So was the breakfast area. Not many options for vegetarians but quite enough. Location was great. They can even pack a decent breakfast if you have an early train to catch like we did.

The breakfast felt very basic and poor in comparison to other hotels of the same category and price ,and need improvement. Some functionality of the room needs improvement ( even the renovated one) Soundproof at the windows needs improvement and renovation.
Overall, it was a nice experience ,the building of the hotel was beautiful The modern room I got after they changed the first one was very nice The bottle of wine and the snack they left were very thoughtful The personnel at the hotel were helpful and kind.

The location was very central, with a Metro station within a minutes walk of the hotel that was only one stop aware from Romes Termini station. In addition, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The location was great for us. I’m sure lots of people take transport to the sights but we enjoy walking and found all locations within reach. The hotel is little and the staff very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room was welcome relief to the sticky summer weather. For a small breakfast area they had made the most of what they could offer, producing plenty of options to start our day with full stomachs and good coffee.

The people working here were amazing - they were very engaging and went out of their way to ensure my stay was first class. Breakfast was a huge surprise - I loved it. The property is very central. After hours access is a breeze once you know where the green door is located.

Really nice and comfy place for a 3-star hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The location is great — just a short walk to the train station, metro, and bus stops, so it's perfect as a base for exploring the city. At the same time, it’s surprisingly peaceful inside, which was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!
