Great location in Frascati, short walk from the station. Very decent sized room above an excellent restaurant where we ate dinner twice (while being well insulated from the sound of the diners downstairs). Gianpaolo was a super kind and helpful host, arranging an iron for me on request beforehand since we were attending a wedding. Airco worked well decent coffee in the morning from the machine in the common area.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The room was exactly as advertised and the food at the restaurant was honestly the highlight of our trip. Gianpaolo was an amazing host, very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The location was also excellent, a short walk from the train station where we were able to take the train to Rome.

The room was even nicer than on the photos, it felt very cozy, and everything was clean. The owner was also super friendly and the communication before and during the stay was great. I can really recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Simple breakfast selection, but there are many bakeries just around the corner.

Location is central. Very quiet and great for recovering from a long day of work or tourism. The bed is really comfortable. The attention of the owner is exceptional. You have the possibility to get lunch and dinner at the restaurant located in the ground floor. And no worries: there was absolutely no noise that you could perceive from the restaurant. I 100% recommend staying at Gente di Notte.

The accommodation offer much more than one can expect. The level of detail in the decoration and the gadgets available made our stay quite comfortable. The host is incredible friendly, he is always there to help you with whatever you need. The restaurant is astonishing good, we ate every meal there because we didn't want to miss any of the delicious dishes they offered.

Access on a steep street could be awkward for older visitors … but it is Frascati and most places are on a slope!

The accommodation was attached to a very nice restaurant … with excellent food and really well designed decor! Very pleasant and helpful host.

Though advertised as a bed and breakfast property, in reality there was no breakfast, there was a communal coffee machine in the corridor but only decaffeinated and oat based coffee pods available while we were there and a few mass produced pre-packaged biscuits and pastries does not constitute a breakfast.

The host Giampaolo was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the on site restaurant was excellent, offering freshly prepared regional dishes and a great selection of local wines.

As in many European accommodations the elevator is small…but better than stairs. The room had no toiletries but since we had our own this was not really a problem.

Our host was very helpful. We needed to know the weight of our luggage and he took us to the hardware store next door and weighed it for us. He also has a wonderful restaurant right downstairs where we ate two of our three nights. Parking was provided. It was walkable to the train station to get to Rome in 35 minutes.

Gianpaolo was a wonderful host and communicated with us the entire time we were there, on our way, and departing. He called a taxi for us twice - once to pick up us at the train station and the other to drop us off - he made everything SO EASY....and he smiled the whole time. Truly a great experience. Our rooms were spotless and centrally located and within walking distance of good restaurants. The bonus was that the restaurant that Gianpaolo owns (GENTE DI NOTTE) is right downstairs and it was FABULOUS. He offers a 10% discount to all of his hotel guests and EVERYTHING that we had (we ate there two nights) was better than the next, with the star being the stuffed zucchini blossoms with ricotta and truffles that were literally LIFE CHANGING. We are still talking about them! Gianpaolo was beyond friendly, accommodating and helpful and went above and BEYOND his role as host. If you are headed to Frascati, I highly, highly recommend staying with and dining with Gianpaolo. You won't regret it!

In terms of value for money, it was excellent - we liked the location, the guy meeting us was friendly and helpful - all good!

The location was fantastic - central, as we were only there for one night it was just what we wanted. The room was comfortable and clean - no issues at all. A coffee machine was provided along with snacks and even a tray of liqueurs (all in the common entrance). I couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine and gave up! We also had a car parking space provided which was much appreciated.

Lovely rooms, very clean. Great restaurant below the rooms, but not noisy on the days I stayed. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again. Access to the guest rooms is down a side road and looks a little dubious from outside, but you'll be pleasantly surprised once you are inside!
