Very clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for the price

The location is a industrial area, but also just off the highway. (We were traveling thru and needed a place to sleep, perfect for that)

Convenient to Asti and surrounding area. Clean and comfortable. Large room. Has lots of room for me to store my bike (this was a cycling trip). The staff were very friendly and helped my by speaking good English. They were patient with my lack of Italian! Good value for the money.

I lost a bike axle in the parking lot. I left it on the ground. Came back 45 mins later and it was gone! No fault of the hotel or ownership - just very strange! But the Giusta Bike Shoe and Cafe got me a replacement axle and in my way!

Room was good, however bottom corner of mirror was broken off and was probably a hazard for children. Bathroom ok shower ok. Fridge inoperable. Hotel seems to share land with petrol station forecourt parking, but cameras were there.

Breakfast was served from behind a counter by staff very limited choice and very limited amount, eggs were hardboiled and reinvigorated by a small steaming device and were days old, very small roll as hard as a rock broke the plastic knife provided. Plastic???! One cup of coffee no refills. There was a mini fridge in room which was inoperable and no alternative room had fridge, so bagged up some cheese and sausage to put in fridge at reception.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. When we arrived about 5pm reception was in darkness. Checking was delayed a bit as we only booked about 30 minutes earlier. When I searched for this room I filtered Air con..

Got to the room air-conditioning turned off! Not broken down but deliberately turned off at the mains. Went to reception and they said the owner would not let them turn it on!!! WTF, not even a fan was supplied! They said open the windows, we did for 30 minutes and got invaded by mosquitoes!!! Worst night ever in a hotel DO NOT STAY HERE FALSE ADVERTISING.

Arrived extremely late to very warm welcome at check-in, all around friendly staff, comfortable clean room, reasonably priced and most importantly, quiet. Easy access to the highway, ample parking and safe.

the vicinity to the truckers diner, being actually a part of the hotel but under different management. The size of the room staff friendliness, for instance helping to find an adapter for the Italian sockets Parking in front of the hotel, with a surveillance camera right over the car The cheapest fuel station we came across in Italy so far.

The location is close to the motorway, and, while the sound mitigation of the window is very good, the option to have a window open at night is quite noisy.
