Incredible !! Stunning !! This accommodation is perfectly located with amazing views from the balcony . It is beautifully presented and spotless . So much attention to detail made this our favourite stay in Italy ! Roberta the owner and host is exceptional - so helpful and with local knowledge to make the most of a stay in Positano . She is delightful !!

There was absolutely nothing. I didn’t like about the property, our Hot Tub on the balcony. Our big spacious room was absolutely perfect.

Before we even arrived, Robera sent me a message asking me if she could make me dinner reservations and possibly tour reservations . She booked Chic Mama, the most beautiful incredible restaurant I live in Los Angeles, where there are plenty of interesting restaurants, and this one beat them all. Also, Roberta helped us book a captain and private cruise to Capri. The captain was wonderful and able to get us into the blue grotto without a wait. She also helped us with a reservation to have dinner before going to Music on the Rocks. Robera is a gem and made our trip so memorable.

The property itself is amazing, so clean and modern, and spacious! It was beyond our expectations, Positano is narrow and compact, but our room felt palatial. Roberta was beyond the best, she made our whole stay so easy and seamless too, can’t thank her enough.

Our stay at Gianlica Suites Positano was absolutely incredible. The suite was clean, neat, and beautifully elegant, with a luxurious feel and breathtaking views of the coastline. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the charm of Positano. A special mention goes to Roberta, who was simply amazing throughout our stay. Whilst excited about the indoor pool it was really too warm to use so that was disappointing.

I can’t say enough about how PERFECT Gianlica Suites is. Our suite was gorgeous - everything from the view, the hot tub, the coffee, the cleanliness, the included toiletries (fell in love with Carthusia!). A few notable things I’d like to call out. Roberta!! She is the best host and is so wonderful - an instant friend and so attentive. She had so many recommendations and was available to help with any questions, reservations and recommendations. The view and location - it’s unmatched! The location is perfect from restaurants (next2 was so incredible) and also perfect to the beach! I dream of the day we come back, because we absolutely will!

Such a beautiful hotel - modern, spacious and centrally located with beautiful views. Our host Roberta was amazing. Gave us great restaurant recommendations and took great care of us. My friends and I couldn't wait to come back and we will come back next year and every other year after that. We had such an amazing time in Positano.

The place was beautiful with amazing views! It was near by good restaurants. The place was always clean and stocked. Angelica welcomed us and helped us with the check-in process. Roberta was prompt to answer our questions and accommodations. The sunset boat tour was amazing as well! Definitely would recommend if visiting Positano! Mario was a great captain and provided us with food and drinks the whole tour. I would definitely book this room again!

That we had to leave!

This place is amazing, I would rate it 11/10 if I could. Room is brand new, impeccably clean and with killer views. Relaxing in the Jacuzzi looking out at Fornillo beach is an amazing experience. Roberta was great and allowed us an early check in and also arranged for porters to take our bags from and to the port. We'd highly recommend taking the steps down to Fornillo beach for a swim, even in May water was quite nice.

Beautiful recently completed boutique suites nestled in the hills overlooking Positano bay. The room was very large with a lovely balcony to sit outside. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The added touch of a jacuzzi with a window overlooking the bay and allowing for a bay view from the bed was perfect. Loved the domed ceiling and shower with a window over the bay as well. Breakfast is served at a Cafe a few steps down the street with outdoor seating overlooking the bay. Great choices from the menu and the food was good ! Sitting higher on the hill there are steps to take you down to the port. If you don’t like climbing a lot of steps I suggest walking back up the road. Roberta was the consummate host and made the stay perfect. So lovely, friendly and helpful with parking, restaurants and other activities. She recommended a day boat trip to Capri which was wonderful and a must if you go.

The very firm pillows is the only small thing. Nothing else.

The suite was modern and fabulous. Spotlessly clean with a view that brought me to tears on arrival. Roberta was amazing and helpful organising whatever we needed and giving great recommendations for restaurants and travel. Wonderful stay.

Incredible hotel, beautiful views over Positano and the sea. The pool on the balcony was fantastic after a long day of exploring. The apartment is modern and well appointed. Roberta is a fantastic host with loads of recommendations for restaurants, boat trips and helping us find the path of the gods. Would highly recommend staying here.
