Location is a bit weird, with many homeless people on the surroundings, although it seemed safe. Beware metro is 14min walking from the room, but some buses are very closer.

Very nice place, with free bottles of water (it was 37°C so thats a big plus), big, cozy and complete room, nice bathroom for a great shower, lovely staff and good breakfast.

The host is very nice. The facilities provided are very nice with a refrigerator in the room. Room is air conditioned, temp was very nicely maintained. Location was great. Unlimited water bottles provided by the host. Very good breakfast provided.

There is nothing to complain about.

There is literally everything you can think of in the room: wardrobe, lamp, chairs, refrigerator filled with water bottles, air conditioner, shoe rack, multiple sockets, TV. The beds are comfortable, the window provides excellent sound insulation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a vast array of possible breakfast options. The bathroom was impeccable, with hot water in the glass-enclosed bathtub, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hand towels.

As it is close to the train station, can be noisy outside, also a bit dirty village around (as All the busy cities) and dark during night, shady but I didn’t feel unsafe. The place it’s big but could have some renovation, changing on the bed linen. New painting would be great

It’s well located if you wanna have long walks to reach the main points of tourism, pretty handy. It’s beside the train station, so if you are on the way to few cities it’s also really convenient.

Close to Termini and bus to the airport. Good connection to all parts of the city. The room is quite comfortable and worth the money we spent. The host is very nice. We'll be back for sure.

The room is fully-equipped and comfortable, clean. The kitchen was filled with food and water/tea/coffee all the time. We could check-in earlier and leave our luggage there after we checked-out until our flight.

I really liked the rooms, they were big enough for the 4 of us, we had enough space. The beds are comfortable. I was afraid it would be way too noisy cause the trains but we couldn’t hear a single thing. The air conditioner was a life saver!!!!!! It was a surprise that there is a fridge in the room but it was really handy and it was much more comfortable. The breakfast was good, more than enough for the price and I really liked the fact that there isn’t a specific time for the breafast - you can go and eat in the morning when you want and wake up! Termini was a walking distance - it’s maybe a little bit longer than you expect but trust me it’s worth it.

In the description the owner mentioned that there will be breakfast included but it was in fact Just some crossaints and cookies, so rather like a Snack, but still I think it's more like a misunderstadning rather than an issue.

I really liked the fact that it was very clean, the owner left us shampoo and shower gel, a lot of clean towels, plenty od water bottles and also snacks in the kitchen. The AC worked perfectly but even when it was Turned off the room didn't Get very hot. Overall it was very convenient.

If I have anything negative at all to point out it is that The air quality in the room felt weird with the AC on. I was very dry after each evening and I’m not used to that. But it was a nice little place that worked great!

Our host Cosmo was awesome!!!!! He gave us great suggestions for food or what to avoid. He was funny and did a good job keeping up with the property. Probably the best part of this place was the stocked snack kitchen - Cosmo made sure to keep it fully stocked with coffees, milk, juice, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cheese, bread, etc. Really convenient to have a little kitchen right there. Pretty good location - close to tram 5 and 14 which can take you to termini. Good spot I would go back to. Thanks Cosmo!

Cosmin shared some tips about things to see and places to eat in Rome. It was great that we could leave our luggage before check-in. Another nice touch was the breakfast supplies (there was no time limit) and the water bottles that you could take at any time.

The bug nets are clearly a little worn down because we had a couple mosquitos on the first night which lead to us keeping the windows closed completely for our stay but this wasnt really a problem because there is AC. And you can hear the trains from the room however that wasn't an issue for us.

When we arrived we were meeted by a very kind man who gave us an extremely helpful rundown of rome and what to stay away from and infortmation on pickpocket hotspots. The apartment itself was very comfortable to stay in. The bed is comfortable, all be it a little smaller than your usual double bed. The bar stalls are a welcomed touch for eating and the room itself has plenty of storage. The bathroom is equally as nice and is stocked full of towels and toilet paper. The b&b communal kitchen is always stocked with food of all sorts and is taken care of well. Location is great too only a 30 minute walk to central or 10 to a metro.

The area were the B&B is located is not really the most endearing of the whole city, but on the other hand, it's pretty well connected and close to one of the biggest train stations of the country.

The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive, giving us good advice on how to visit the city and safety against pickpockets. The accommodation was always well provided with basic foods for breakfast and the area was really very quiet. Perfect place for people traveling on a tight budget who value things like comfort and peace.

The host was cool, he speaks english very well and he gave us tips for the city. The room was clean, the breakfast was filling. It's near by the bus, the tram and the subway station. You can also walk, because it's only 15' away from the Colloseum.

Room was a bit noisy mainly due to passing trains. Breakfast was maybe too simple, a bit more detailed description beforehand would be helpful.

Location in walking distance to the city centre. Owner gave us lot of helpful information about the public transport etc. Equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Room and facilities were nice and clean.

It was in an excellent location , 15mins walk from the main train station , taking the tram was very easy & took you to all the tourist attractions in Rome , our host was very nice , left us to it , the hotel was on the small side a little but very comfortable , bathroom was big , loved my stay , would definitely come back again .
