Breakfast facility was a bakery/cafe 5 min walk away with limited breakfast choice. Would add that the staff at the bakery were great, they had fantastic selection of bakery items, but didnt fancy savoury or creamy items for breakfast, juice, cereal and a croissant with coffee would have been great. A couple of comfortable chairs in the room would have been great, loads of room for them. Traffic noise from road outside was quite loud, worth putting up with for great city location.

The road outside can be busy at times, so you can hear the noise a bit but that can’t be helped!

We stayed here for two nights, and Luisa was super helpful in giving us clear instructions on where to find the hotel and access to the private parking area. We were given a handy map with restaurants recommendations. The location is perfect, you can easily walk into Ortigia. The room was very clean and the building itself is very charming with architectural features. You have breakfast at a friendly café just round the corner.

The delux room was very large and open. The bathroom was completely new and very comfortable. Overall did we like the room a lot.

We had the deluxe room. Very nice, big, clean room with high ceiling in a Palazzo. Near the Ortigia-Island, 10 minutes walk by foot. Breakfast was in a Gelateria nearby. Felt really comfortable.

Stunning room and everything is nice and clean. Very comfy bed. Lovley bathroom. The owner is very helpful with any questions and gives good recommendations for everything you need. Quiet area and a short walk from all the sites. Nice breakfast in a nearby caffè.

This was our final stop on a driving tour of sicily and the ONLY place out of 8 which had everything you could need. Easily located private parking (rather than a recommendation of a street nearby where you may or may not find a space); a coffee machine and kettle with cups, coffee, tea, sugar and spoons. So many places out there with a kettle and no cups! Comfy bed, extra pillows, great shower, a working quiet fridge, somewhere to dry clothes outside, clothes pegs AND and iron and ironing board. Immaculately clean, great aircon, in easy striking distance of ortigia, this is a lovely classic room in a beautiful old building. The neighbourhood cafes and restaurants were exceptional and the hostess was a star. Thanks Louisa for a great stay.

A little hard to find with a small sign indicating the B&B at address behind a large unmarked door.

The owner was friendly, kind, accommodating. She provided a lovely spacious room just outside the old town and answered all of our questions in person and on WhatsApp.

The TV channels are only in italian language, but is not a big issue.

Nice room, very clean and cozy decorated. Bathroom very clean, spacious, with all the amenities. Luisa was a friendly and helpful host. Clasic italian breakfast(coffee and croissant) in the nice cafeteria nearby. Location is 10 min walk to the center of Siracusa. Highly recommended.

Nice spacious room with balcony in a cool old mansion right outside the old Town of Ortigia. Private gated parking was great to have. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. Julia was very hospitable And helpful to us.

Newly renovated, spacious, tastefully decorated room, historic stucco on the ceiling, very modern luxurious bathroom, air condition, extraordinarily clean, a great host. Another big plus is the secure parking at the back of the building. Small balcony on the street which is a bit loud but it was no problem. It was quiet at night but we didn't try to sleep with open window. For breakfast you receive a voucher for the very friendly bar-gelateria just around the corner which we liked because we like to sleep longer. About 15 min walk to Ortigia island. Would definitely stay there again!

The flat is in very good location, not in the centre but in walking distance form all of the turist attractions. Interiors were clean, recently renovated with attention to detail. Breakfest is avaliable in nearby gelateria and there were various choises. The owner was really helpful, nice and friendly.

It was our honeymoon and our host had decorated our room with candles, hearts, a cake and a small btl of prosecco for us to celebrate. Such a nice surprise! Super friendly and had all the information we required already in the room. Would highly recommend, great location and breakfast voucher included for coffee and crossiant across the road each morning.

The room had zero insulation and in the morning you could hear very clearly doors opening and closing.

The room was spacious and recently renovated. It had an assigned parking spot to the room, that was very convenient. The hostess was very kind and accommodating, she even let us stay in the room longer after check out, without extra cost. The B&B did not have breakfast, however an arrangement was made with a nearby ice cream place where one could get pastries and sandwiches for free.
