United StatesProperty is a bit dated. There were sheets covering the sofa which was alarming and very unattractive. The staff makes no allowed for slightly early or slightly later check out or even bag storage while the maids are cleaning. Having to sit in the center with all of our baggage could have been accommodated but they really do not want to accommodate you at all

Location was great, beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

FranceThis is an expensive apartment to rent and I would have expected there to be, what I consider the basics, of an electric kettle (we found one at the back of the cupboard to use on the hob), a toaster (we had to use the grill option of the oven) and, as there is a washing machine it would have been useful to have an iron. The plug on the hairdryer provided did not fit into any of the sockets in the apartment. However, when we contacted Elviiana about this she responded immediately and arranged for an adapter to be delivered the next day, which was greatly appreciated.
The apartment was very central and easy to get to without having to climb too many steps. It had a great terrace with a lovely view of the main square, port area, church and hills of Vernazza. It was large and clean and the lady who met us, Elviriana, was very friendly and helpful and messaged with some suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

Also, it would have been great if the host of our communication knew more about the immediate area, but she searched and did all she could to answer questions and make recommendations for us! Thank you for sharing this property with us! We loved the location, the accessibility to the square and shops, the comfortable, large bed and wonderful showers with strong water pressure, the ability to the use the dishes/mugs/tea/clothes washer, and the view from and size of the immaculate terrace! Two couples or a larger family could easily stay here.

AustraliaThe hosts were professional and responsive when we raised a cleanliness issue, but unfortunately, not when I asked for the air conditioning to be checked. The aircon didn’t work at all in some rooms and was inconsistent in others. It was hot when we arrived, and unlike every other apartment we stayed in across Italy, this one hadn’t been cooled in advance. It sounds like I'm going on about the air conditioning, but it mattered because of the heat in July. The kitchenware—plates and glasses—was very old, which made everything look unwashed, even though it may have been clean. Also, the bed in the back bedroom was extremely hard. I understand firmer mattresses are more common in Italy, but this one was almost unsleepable.
The location is everything! I think Vernazza was the best town, in my opinion, (unless you want a beach) because of the access to its harbour and its main street. The view from the apartment was amazing, and it was large.

As mentioned before the location and balcony were the shining stars. We based our trip around Vernazza coming back to 'our' town. We explored towns, hiked the trails and loved the food! Everyone was very welcoming! The balcony was the perfect place to escape crowds while still experiencing Cinque Terre!! Our hosts were exceptional! Thank you!

South AfricaThe apartment is grossly overpriced and misrepresented as a luxury apartment. The air conditioning did not work properly, internet was problematic, no hot water the first night, mould on bathroom wall, broken deck chairs, owners clothes in cupboards. We had to put up with the intrusion of a handyman at 10 pm and other staff members who tried unsuccessfully to attend to all problems. The partial refund we got does not make up and we have requested a further 433 euros refund. In short we paid 5 star prices for a 2 or 3 star apartment. It is am old tired apartment which should not be let in that condition
