Great location & had everything you needed.

Nothing really

Super location in the heart of Sorrento, stunning rooms very spacious and clean and all the amenities you could need. Grace is an amazing host and always on hand for any questions or anything you need. Aircon is super powerful too which is handy for those hot days. Honestly such a beautiful place would love to come back

The only unfortunate downfalls for us was the outside noise, being so close to the main square we often heard live music until midnight some nights and the road noise can be loud, the price you pay for such a convenient location but if you’re a light sleeper may be worth bringing earplugs

We were so lucky to stay in this precious well maintained building in the center of Sorrento. The room was beautiful and well decorated. Bathroom very classy and spotless. Close to everything

We love animals. The only thing for us we didn’t like it was seen a beautiful yellow small bird in a cage.

Location, clean and Grace was wonderful!

No elevator and it’s tough to lug our stuff around.

Grace Suites location cannot be beat. From out balcony, we had a partial view of Piazza di Tasso, one of the main squares in Sorrento. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the port where you catch the ferries or boat tours to nearby Amalfi towns. The property is charming. The decor is traditional Italian, but bright and airy. White marble floors throughout. Grace has a pretty yellow bird in a cage that you pass by on the way to your room. There are 3 rooms total on one floor in a building. It is very clean, maid service daily and if you need anything, you just text Grace via what’s app and she responds fairly quickly.

There isn’t someone at the property 24/7 like a hotel with front desk. The property is on the fourth floor with no elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up when we checked in. There was no breakfast provided (such as croissants/cappucino/fruit) which for the nightly rate we paid, I think that should have been included.

Accomodation was perfect, could not fault it. Clean, comfortable and in a great location

Grace was sweet and very helpful. She made our stay so comfortable. She is a super host!

Had to climb a US 4th floor. European 3rd floor. But it was totally manageable if you don’t have mobility issues.

Location was great.

Elevator was broken so had five or so flights of stairs. A pulley was used to bring up heavier luggage. Wasn’t a big issue but definitely worth considering if traveling with someone older.

Grace was very kind and the location was perfect.

The room was excellent. It was large as well as the bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Decor was first class. Location was great and the check in procedure was easy. Snack and drinks were provided in the room.

Clean , high standard facilities

Street noise was extreme from 08.00 until 14.00 . Virtually all of the vehicles and pedestrians in Sorrento pass by this property. There was no sound proofing.
