The location is a little remote but I personally loved this. The spa does get a lot of day visitors but never felt complete crowded. There are lots of areas that were quiet. Breakfast was good and the rooms were excellent too

The public spa times were pretty busy but if you go before and after the public opening times it’s amazing. The aperitivo felt a bit rushed.

Breakfast can be improved, even the hall is beautiful.

Our apartment was very nice and charming. We had our private parking to keep our staff save, amazing! With codes and no keys to open the doors is better. The thermal area is amazing and very big. Location very good, quite away from the center but very close to the town at the same time.

The towel dryer in the bathroom was not working, but we simply got new dry towels/robes from the reception/spa. It was hard to find the prices for the minibar fridge.

The apartment in the Villa of the Grand Hotel was amazing, great view of the mountain, well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The thermal baths and spa facilities are numerous and exceptional! The breakfast, in a very majestic room, was also excellent.

The restaurant was fully booked on the night I stayed, however there were excellent choices in town (which is 10 mins drive away and a 20E taxi trip).

The apartments were well equipped and beautifully prepared. Breakfast was exceptional and the dining hall was exquisite. Staff very friendly and I was offered underground parking for my car. The hotel is stunning to see and the backdrop is amazing. A must visit location.

Bar staff were hard to locate. We gave up and went to bed.

The spa did live up to expectations - excellent! Beautiful views and we got bumped up which was an added bonus that we weren’t expecting. Reception staff were lovely.

The requirement to wear a bathrobe to the complimentary apperativo! The staff turned us away for our reserved apperativo booking because we would not wear our wet bathrobe. We had instead showered and dressed neatly to attend, but alas we turned away then when I complained we were begrudgingly allowed to sit in a little back room to have a drink. I asked if we could instead just have a drink in the bar but was told this was open but not staffed as they were all serving in the apperativo venue - all very annoying and odd. I can understand them allowing bathrobes as it is a spa, but to require them - no! Limited dining options and very expensive. The spa became very busy with a lot of visitors from outside the hotel.

Stunning historic hotel in a very beautiful location. Nice room with lovely views and a spacious bathroom. Good breakfast with plenty of options and lovely fresh food all served in a grand old ballroom with frescoed ceiling - very lovely. Beautiful gardens and and immaculate and delightful spa complex both indoor and out.

Wonderful views from exceptionally well kept baths - an excellent spa experience. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Happy and helpful staff. They even gave a sunny, bright Saturday!
