I'm afraid, my husband and I didn't find the reception staff very welcoming, and rude at times. I also had a drink in the bar one evening out on the terrace and my glass was broken and chipped which I wasn't impressed with but the staff in the bar area was very accommodating, and apologised profusely and we didn't have to pay for our drinks but that wasn't the point. Also I think you should be made aware prior that the parking there is a charge of 20 euros a day for parking.

Everything was lovely, we had a lovely stay the location is perfect, both pools are great, and the room was lovely, so no bad comments at all.

When sitting on the balcony in the evening, smoke from cigarettes in the restaurant came up. We had to close the window and sit inside. Also the hot tub next to the outdoor pool was freezing.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The facility is tasteful and not overpowering with everything anyone could need. The view is unbelievable. We will definitely be returning!

There was lots of extra hidden costs - sauna, use of fridge in room etc. For the price, you’d think you could use the fridge to cool your water.

There was just one entrance to the lake from the beach. I understand it's probably for safety reasons but if you're in the mode distant end, you need to walk like 500m. The breakfast seemed very busy. There is a large crowd at breakfast. maybe it should be done in two different locations or at a longer interval during the busy season. There's no coffee in the room, just tea. When we consumed something in the bar or restaurant, we always left a tip. When we checked out and paid the bill, it turned out that there was actually a service charge for the staff for the overall stay. First - I think it is right that the tip should be something at the discretion of the customer. Second, if you think your staff deserves extra pay, just include it in the prices. Third - it is right to inform guests upon arrival at the hotel about this type of charge.

The beach was very nice. The live music was amazing. We actually had extra drinks in the bar and booked another dinner at the restaurant just to listen to the musicians. The service was good. The view from the balcony of our room was stunning.

The staff are helpful however they could do with some more training in efficiency and professional ways to act with each in view of clients.

The hotel is set right on the lake side with stunning views across the lake. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and a beach location with lake access for swimming. A stunning restaurant on site with a delicious menu. The rooms are comfortable and space and some boast those incredible lake views.

Attention at dinner in the Las Hall restaurant was a little slow. You have to chase the waiter for several minutes to order something or get the check.

Everything ! We loved each minute we spent in this fantastic hotel. It has everything you wish for, very well maintained, beautiful finishings, Italian style deco, friendly stuff and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, good insonorisation of the rooms, cleaning ladies were great, beach was very well prepared each morning, breakfast was very fresh and the views are simply breathtaking !

Gym is not included in the price, I find it very annoying :( You need to pay some extras fees that are also nowhere advertised.

Very clean and well organized, the pool area is beautiful, service around pool area also great. Breakfast was good but i missed some sorts of cheese. Reception works really fine and fast they are also helpfull. The garden was so beautiful and the view from Lago Maggiori waa just stunning

Junior Suite rather small. Limited space in the room. Separated little bedroom cosy, but the bed quite small (suitable for a kid).

Wonderful private (hotel) beach. Fantastic view from the lake-view suite and the breakfast terrace. Nice outdoor pool and huge indoor pool. Perfectly equipped fitness room. Dog friendly 🐕.

For these prices, it is rediculous that you have to pay 12 euro per day to use the fitness room.. It felt like a cheap airplane business model. Very basic unless you pay addititonal fees.

Loved the renovated outlook area, especially the pool and garden.
