It's a little out the way of nearby food and drink premises, without access to a supermarket/shop for groceries etc. Taxis are fairly expensive in this area of Sardegna, so this was the hotel's only downfall.

The hotel was great and had a lot of facilities (bar, pool, beach access, gym, tennis court etc). The rooms are nice and clean. The property is a bit further out from the main town, so definitely recommend a car.

You definitely need a car here. Not much in walking distance. Beach was a hike and costly for lounge and umbrella. I would say it’s over rated and extremely overpriced I would not return

Some staff quite rude during check-in. Hotel location was disappointing as we were expecting to be closer to central Porto Cervo. Booking.com overview states this hotel is 1 mile from centre. It is not, its around 3 miles and not possible to walk! I expect taxis are very expensive.

The pool area was really nice and proximity to the little beach was great. Loved the view overlooking the sea from the hotel. The hotel had nice grounds and a relaxing feel.

Limited food options, fairly rude unhelpful staff except Elize who was great. Location is far from anywhere and fairly isolated. Taxis are very expensive if want to go to Porto Cervo or Baja Sardinia

Be careful with the bills. I’ve never been to a hotel before, where they charged us for the water that was put in the room, especially not 4€ per each 0.5l (bad quality) water. On our last day, they also tried to add two additional items on the pool bar bill.. if these didn’t happen, we would have loved to come back.

The rooms were very dated and small. Our cupboards smelled damp and doors wouldn’t close properly. I’ve also had better breakfasts at 4 star hotels. It was a 35 euro taxi fare down to the port for a 3km journey and a 30 euro fare to the nearest restaurant. This was with the hotels taxi company.

Lovely pool and outdoor bar area, easy walk to the beach! We had no problems finding loungers but the lifeguards need to be better at stopping people reserving them as there were hours when they were unoccupied.

1) Very slow service in the bar. 2)The breakfasts has a coffee machine which makes coffee with coffee powder, which doesn’t taste good. 3)Poor noise insulation

Beautiful hotel, clean pool and nice territory. Many fruits and options for breakfast, but some things could be improved. Clean rooms and sufficient air conditioning in every room. The options in the bar for the snacks are alright.

Food was below average. It is difficult to eat poorly in Italy and the restaurant of the hotel is below average. Breakfast has a lot of things but pretty average in quality. we ate at the hotel one night and it was pretty bad. There is a beach but we did not use it as it was invaded by algeas... all other beaches are clean . Have been to many beaches around the world where the beach is cleaned on a daily base. Maybe it can t be done here but then you are not taking advantage of the hotel with beach as it is very dirty.

Nice grounds, nice that you can store your suitcases and stay at the pool until flight leaves and that you can use a room and bathroom to shower. Lunch at the beach is really good.

Avoid having dinner there as it is expensive compared to near restaurants and the portion is very small and not so tasty.

The staff weren’t particularly helpful upon arrival and didnt explain anything about our stay or the hotel facilities, We only realised on the last day that there was a buffet breakfast that was included in our stay.

We didn't like our room, it smelled and was quite moist. Walls are very thin, so you hear everything around you. This was the biggest minus for the hotel, other than that it was great.

The hotel premises are very nice. We visited at the end of May and it was still quite calm and easy to find a place for yourself. A nice and comfy beds by the pool. Cocktails were on the expensive side but as is it is everywhere on this side of the island. :D Beach has its own sunbeds for a fee, we did not use them but visited the beach bar that has a beautiful view for a cocktail. It was nice to park the car right next to the room.

Receptionists are really out of practice and it shows they need supervision. They seemed nice but looked really unexperienced and I dont blaże it on them as they seemed young and keen to learn. They kept checking and asking. We had paid already the hotel and they made us pay again. It was funny. Seemed a strange service for a 4star hotel. Dinner portions are small. Bedding and pillows can be improved for a 4 star hotel

Everything else was beautiful and amasing. Will be back at the hotel for sure with our family.

Would have preferred King bed or at least 2 queens instead of 2 twins...I am a big man and barely fit on bed.

Most of the staff was very professional however during breakfasts there were a couple of young staff members acting like there were no guests speaking between them and giggling which I didn’t find was up to the standard of a 4* hotel. You could sense that most of them were over it since it was the end of the season and they were just not as invested as I think they should have been. Breakfast itself was extremely basic. There was only 1 coffee machine which everyone had to stand in line for which was annoying. The bar at the pool only offered toasts for food. Nothing else… the music at the pool was played from youtube and a little stereo speaker…

The room we have had a Nice view. The bathroom was new, very clean and looked great. The room was small but we have a little backyard situation which was great. There were several little jacuzzis/pools that looked rundown and old. The main pool looked good. The beach is very close by however paying between 45-60€ for the lounge chairs is outrageous… but the beach was lovely. The gym is nice it has everything you need to workout on a trip they had pretty new and expensive machine, sadly no one looks after them as the only 2 machines they have for legs could not be used they were already rusty and broken…

We liked everything! Warm welcome, friendly staff, nice clean room, good breakfast, lovely location and pool area, short walk down to a beautiful beach! What more could you ask for ? We were pleased with the location slightly outside the main expensive Porto Cervo Marinas.
