We arrived on a holiday weekend so the town was hugely busy. The information on Booking.com says that parking cannot be reserved but having found it tricky to park, the first thing we were told at reception was that we should have reserved a parking space. The whole town was full so casual parking was impossible. After much tense discussion we did manage to get our car into the hotel car park but it was not an easy process - very anxiety inducing!

The location of the hotel on the sea front is excellent. The hotel room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet, given how busy and noisy it was in the town. We had a meal in the restaurant which was great and the staff there were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very comprehensive and excellent quality.

We couldn’t understand the habit of some local kids to explode their petards and pyrotechnics right in front of the windows for several hours, so it really ruined the sea view for my pregnant wife. The underground parking is for small cars only and you need to be a very good driver to maneuver down a tight tunnels underground, so use some help to keep you car safe:)

We asked for a twin and was given a double but quickly rectified. The 7 euros private parking was to small for our pick-up

We were a day late, no response from booking.com but total understanding from the hotel as my friend had an accident. It kind of makes us want to deal with hotels locally rather than through booking.com We live and learn X

The front of the hotel was litter with cigarette butts . They kept the hotel lobby was clean don’t understand why the outside of the hotel wasnt kept up. Even if it not the hotel property it still the entrance to the hotel . I would take a broom and clean up all those cigarette butts .

The room was facing the square and the noise was quite uncomfortable in the evening because it went on till half past two in the morning and we couldn't sleep.

They had electric problems, the power shot off few times and the air conditioner was off most of the time. In the morning I had to get ready and pack with the emergency light on because they weren’t able to fix the problem. They have a garage but I had a Alfa Romeo Stelvio which would not fit in the entrance so I had to park on the street.
