Refurbished, very clean, great pool and spa. The rooftop restaurant was also great. Very friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful decor.

Swimming pool was not open until 3pm.

The welcoming staff was amazing and gave us a one-day complimentary access to the swimming pool/spa for our two-night stay. Our bedroom was gorgeous, large, and with a small alcove fitting two chairs and a table (to potentially have breakfast in the room) overlooking the inner garden. That alcove was marked by a difference in the ceiling that was well thought out. There was complimentary infused waters in both the entry hall and the swimming pool area. The breakfast selection was varied and freshly made hot drinks can be requested.

The breakfast was lacking fresh juices and a better bread selection. The curtains were not attached properly in our room (this was quickly fixed but meant we had to raise the issue ourselves when it should have been spotted by the staff prior to our arrival)

A sense of ‘grandeur’ which felt appropriate. Well located for metro station. Rooms well proportioned and very comfortable bed.

35 euros for parking although good to have a private underground safe car park. The area/street is shabbier than I expected.

Helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness! Nice atmosphere in the lobby area.

Decor in the rooms was bit outdated. No charging ports such as usb etc within the rooms but staff at reception were helpful in charging at the front counter.

Close to metro and shopping; Excellent breakfast with lots of nice choices including fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, cakes, scrambled eggs, etc.

It took a bit long to get coffee at breakfast.

Although little bit outside of the historical centre, it is still in a good and quite location. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom all in marble, very beautifull and clean. Facilities are good. Swimming pool with 2 saunas is relaxing. Breakfast is worth its price. There is an underground private parking. Wonderfull staff, they greeted us late at night, provided with all the necessary information and even had a small gift for our 1 year old.

Great facilities and lovely garden.

We stayed in one of the Executive Suites for our honeymoon which was a generous upgrade by the hotel. The room was exceptional in its comfort and facilities. The staff were always very kind ans helpful

Breakfast was disappointing for Vegans. Of the 6 nights we stayed we only had it once due to the limited options. However, if you follow other diets the breakfast will probably be a standout
