The accessibility to drinking water in the room. I would not like to pay for bottled water, as I drink so much water in hot days, also hot water with instant coffee or tea bags is not provided in the room. this is not very helpful when working in the room. Breakfast is very light! I work in Ireland for a good few years, so I'm more used to Irish/English full breakfast, as they are more filling! not complaining about the quality, not at all, they are really good food, just I will expect more heavy food like beans, bacons, sausages, more bread, scrambled eggs, fried food, etc., as these can help me start a long working day and concentrate in brain power consuming conversations, calculations, negotiations, memorising. also considering so much climbing in Potenza, a heavier breakfast can help boost tourist in visiting :D

Hotel needs a thorough refurbishment as its glory days are long gone. The bed's faux-leather headrest was cracked and the sit covers in the breakfast booths were torn.

We requested an extra bed for our son in our reservation and when we arrived at the hotel we were informed by the staff in the front desk that they didn't know where to find the extra bed as there was no one from housekeeping available at that moment. We requested some blankets to make a bed to our son which were provided but when we requested an extra bed sheet the answer was the same as the one provided regarding the extra bed. The next morning when we woke up there was no hot water in the shower and we only received a sorry and no other fix was tried such as offering another room for us to shower at which lead us to think that the hot water system was either faulty or powered off to save energy. A hot shower is something really important to make my stay a good one. We complained on our way out and they've offered the parking for free, but I don't think that was enough compensation for our son not having a bed to sleep at and the cold shower in the morning.

The room was spacious and comfortable but there were some outdated bits. The staff was helpful, specially the responsible for the breakfast who was really kind to us. The hotel is close to the city center and has a paid private parking which was really helpful.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place next to the Old Town. The room was always clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was of Italian style with pastries, fruits, yoghurts and good coffee.

The property was fine however trying to get a meal was a disaster. We phoned reception to book a table in the dining room which supposedly had panoramic views over the city. On our arrival we were shepherded into the bar and given a table with the surface area of a serving tray. As we were tired from our journey we decided to eat regardless ( Big mistake) it turned out that the dining room and the bar we were now sitting in had been taken over for a corporate event. Regardless our first course arrived which was fine the second course arrived which was also fine, though my wife through choice declined this course. Then came the main course both my wife and I had ordered the same main however my meal was the only one to arrive and it was cold. I asked the waitress where is my wife’s meal her reply was a shrug of the shoulder, I called the head waiter who told me everything is fine it’s coming! Why wife suggested I eat my meal as it was not going to improve with time, as I finished my meal my wife’s meal finally arrived it was also cold. About 2/3 into he meal the waitress decided to clear the table picked up my plate and while my wife was in the process of eating she tried to remove her plate from the table, once again I called the head waiter who told me it was fine and I would not have to pay for my main course, he then returned with two left over canapés obviously from the corporate event but it gets better, on serving the supposed freebies his thumb is sticking into the dish contents he is serving me . I wish I could say that was it but as we sat somewhat shell shocked by the service I am sad to say the fiasco was not over. The corporate event had moved from the bar to the dining room and clearly it was time to serve their starters at that point two chefs appeared behind the bar which was covered in glasses and empty dirty canapés plates.

The Hotel is located in the center of the city at walking distance from Via Pretoria and all the main attractions. It was also possible to admire a stunning landcape from our room, which also was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. 100% satisfied!

The hotel is located on the hill and you can have a very good view of the city. It is located in the old town of Potenza and you can easily access the cultural sites and the town. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was quite good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Potenza.
