Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. UkraineThe hotel is hidden inside some private street, which felt a bit shady and was somewhat scary to navigate at night. The breakfast was very basic, consisting of dry bread, butter, jam, yogurt, a chocolate bun, and coffee from a machine (given the low price of 4€, the simplicity is understandable). No dedicated dining room, breakfast was served at small tables near the reception desk.
A comfortable stay for our group of three. Good location, with a metro station just 10 minutes away and a tram stop 15 minutes away. Reasonable rates for the one-night stay.

NetherlandsFirst of all, the staff in front insisted on moving the taxi I came with within 5 minutes although it was midnight and the taxi took a long time to penetrate through the small lane. The second thing is, that the only tap available for water was substantially unclean when we checked in. We got a room which is just in front of the front desk and the room was not soundproof at all. Lastly, the breakfast was served too late (8 a.m) and we could not have it so I cannot say how good it was.
The property allowed to check in late. The room was given with 4 beds as expected.

EgyptI am writing to express my disappointment with the hotel reservation I made at your esmo ,so I feel to bring it to your attention. My frustration began as i arrived at the hotel. Despite our earlier agreement for an early check-in, the receptionist informed us that we were not allowed to enter the hotel as the person in charge was asleep. This was after we had agreed to pay an extra Euro10in cash on arrival via a phone-call and email, but he refused our pleading even though it was 4am .The receptionist told us to wait outside on porch, where we where exposed to insects and cold, until he was ready to operate at 7am.I found this unacceptable as we had made prior arrangements to arrive early and had been assured that our request would be honored. Furthermore, when we returned at 8:30am, we were told that no rooms were available until at least 10am. We then had to give an ultimatum for a refund or any available room, which prompted the person in charge to call his colleague, who confirmed our request for an early check-in was true but he had thought it was to convene a day later, so basically they got confused and wanted us to stay astray from 4amtill 10am.It was only after the ultimatum that we were given a room within five minutes. throughout this experience ,I felt deceived and mistreated as a guest. The hotel's lack of communication and disregard for our agreed-upon terms left eager to leave Additionally, the hotel is poorly furnished and insect-infested. Not to mention that the breakfast is barely a snack corner that the receptionist takes on next to the counter where they keys nd computer are. It 's a motel at best where you have to pay extra for an air conditioned room.

United StatesThe location was spooky at night and as two women alone together we felt a bit scared on our way there. The hotel is very hidden and I was nervous looking for it. Also I'm glad we came at a cool weather time because the air conditioning would have cost extra.
I liked the promptness of the front desk service and the "family business" type atmosphere of the place. I can tell a lot of care is put into running it. The little painting on the wall above the bed was charming.

Greecebreakfast included in the price but it was small, we booked a parking place for our car for 15 euros but I guess they forgot it and they putted someone else’s car there when we had come back at night, so we had to park at the back of it and wake up early at the morning to change the car parking (or leave our keys at the reception to let them do, but OF COURSE NOT, that is why we wanted to pay for the parking, to keep the car keys and the car in the parking).
the price was very good for a family of 4 person and the last minute that we booked. Staff was very kind and friendly. Room and beds were okay and there was hot water in the bathroom and hairdryer too.
