Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations — from the friendly and professional staff, to the beautiful decor, convenient location, and excellent facilities. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

My stay at the Grien was absolutely exceptional! From check-in to check-out, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Andre at the front (I hope I spelt that right) provided such valuable information and was always prompt with requests. The two ladies that were serving breakfast [I do not have their names :(] were SO sweet!!!! They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I fell extremely sick the last 2 days of my trip and they were so kind to bring dinner to my room and check-in with me. I also loved the nightly sweet treats that were given. Also shout out to Haseem (shuttle driver) that was so warm and welcoming!!! The hospitality was just amazing and I will definitely be coming here again :)

My daughter and I stayed her for 4 nights to hike the Dolomites and explore the local small towns. Highly recommend this is a perfect location! It was SOOOO easy to get in and out of town, I was originally worried about it when I made the reservation but the shuttle was perfect. It was also VERY easy to get to the 2 main gondolas and hikes: Seceda and Suisi de Alps. I am so glad we stayed here. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. They had the weather and activities posted in the lobby every day. I didn't realize it had a full spa - salt water pool, 3 saunas, regular pool - even an option to book a massage (we didn't use the massage option but we used the other things) it was amazing after a long day hiking and still working out the stress of a high intensity job. We are foodies and we really enjoyed the food as well. This is a terrific little town and a lovely welcoming place to stay. I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to all to stay at Hotel Grien.

Management of this hotel have thought of everything! Such a beautiful comfortable hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciated the shuttle ride service into town. The breakfast was genuinely fantastic.

Staff was over-the-top wonderful. Great location with terrific views of the mountains. Food-brekkie and dinner-was outstanding.

No hot water in the room for some time, no view from spa and pool areas.

The complete staff was professional and friendly. The view beyond our expectations. And the food was excellent.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning. In a great location and not too far from town or cable cars. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was amazing, we loved having dinner and breakfast there.

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was wonderful. The wellness spa is a real treat, especially after a day's hiking. I would highly recommend Hotel Grien to anyone.

Excellent hotel complex. Wonderful owners and staff who are completely immersed in the life of the hotel and creating comfort for its guests. Convenient and large two-level Parking. Very tasty and varied breakfasts and lunches, a wide wine list. A large spa complex, where it was nice to relax after skiing. Both of our rooms were with stunning views of Ortisei and the Dolomites. The hotel is clean and cozy. Special thanks for organizing a wonderful New Year's dinner!

The hotel is located away from the center of Ortisei, on a mountain. But the remoteness is fully compensated by the view from the windows, the breadth of services and the availability of their own shuttles, which work every day until 22.00.

Location is perfect, and everything else is just wonderfull!
