Italian hospitality at its best! The apartment is lovely, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need during a short stay. The hosts provided recommendations for walks, restaurants and places to visit.

Nothing at all!

What's not to like? Tino and Lydia were absolutely wonderful hosts, available to assist if needed too! Fabulous greetings, treats and amazing tips and resources to make anyone's stay even better! The location was so convenient to Como and the condo had everything you need and more. Nice and comfortable, just a couple of miles from Como, we even parked every night right next to home. So convenient, safe and secure too, didn't experience this anywhere else in our 9 stops throughout Italy! The only trouble we had was wifi 1 night in intermittent spots downtown. That's no fault of our hosts, just use Tino's map or you can download on your phone before leaving to find your way back in case there is a connectivity problem for you too if driving. Busing is available if you prefer!

The owners are so friendly and have everything you need to make for a convenient stay near Lake Como! It's a little drive uphill, but the area is really quiet; super nice, especially after navigating through the crowd at the sightseeing spots.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, well decorated and it’s equipped with everything you could need. The Location is great and you can reach the downtown in 7-10 minutes with the car. Also you have the option of taking the bus (: if you don’t want use the car. Also the place is really quiet and relaxing. About Tino and Lidia as hosts, there are lovely and really kind, really friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything and give all kind of recommendation, from restaurants, parking places, activities that you can do depending the time you have.10 of 10!!! (:

The mattress is a little too soft to our taste. Laundry costs extra money.

Tino and Lidia are perfect hosts. They expressed extreme hospitality and explained a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. There is central heating in the house which is extremely important when it's cold outside. Also central hot water. Comfortable bathroom. As mentioned in the title - this is a perfect base to explore Lago di Como!

It was amazing experience in Italy Como you have barking for your car for free if you want to visit, go for this apartment blindly it is great

There are multiple dossiers in the apartment, from a guide on what to see and do to a guide on how to operate everything in the apartment. It shows that they take pride in what they do and that they want us, the guests, to have the best experience possible.

The hosts Lidia and Tino are just amazing. They are very helpful, lovely people. They have provided a high chair and baby cot for our 1 year old daughter. The flat is clean and has everything you'll need to stay for a short or longer break. You'll also find in the flat lots of leaflets, maps, and much more to make the best around Lake Como. Due to local regulations at the time of our visit, the heating in the apartment could not exceed 19 degrees. As it was a cold month I should have taken warmer pajamas for us but it wasn't uncomfortable and not the hosts fault.

The apartment is modern, very clean and has everything you could need, including a full kitchen. It is located in a tinz village, with a small market and a great bistro right next door. The village is close to Como and the Lake, and in a high location, but easy to reach by car (there is also a bus stop very close, but we didn't use it). Having free parking right in front of the house and reaching our luggage through the kitchen window was very practical. The hosts are extremely sweet, polite and available people, with lots of tips but also discreet.
