No air conditioning. Breakfast was on the meager side, but what they had, was excellent.

The staff was incredibly kind and had great suggestions. They even gave us ice!!!! Great location for that side of the Dolomites and there were superb food options nearby. Right next door is the Adventure Park (ropes course) and 5 minutes away was an excellent pool complex that had a heated, outdoor pool with amazing Mountain Views (all recommended by the staff). This was a great hotel!

Very small shower cabin. Breakfast is "too continental", no vegetables at all, and cruassants were cold and not fresh.

Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is very pleasant. Perfect location - close proximity to gondola and adventure park.

The hotel is part of a chain and the format is standardized. But the standard is good. Breakfast is excellent with hot options

Please note that hotel Grohmann is actually closed to business during our stay. So we have been re directed to Hotel Dolomiti Schloss in Canazei actually for the stay. But this redirection only happened after we arrived at hotel Grohmann and found out that this hotel was not open for business and I had to contact hotel Grohmann about it through messaging via booking (their telephone no. was not even working). So my review is actually for Hotel Dolomiti Schloss not for this hotel Grohmann

The wellness centre should have been included in the price and should have much longer hours. The breakfast was the same all week and really needed some fresh fruit.

Shower too small. Boot room .. not enough boot warmers and very wet in there boots remain damp Food...disappointing for this region.. even with choosing before perhaps family style would be better to avoid waste and keep the food hot, it was either cold or tepid and not bare pared with any love. The worst thing is you cannot drink from a glass, this hotel is far from eco friendly with tonnes of plastic cups for breakfast beverages. We were in the dolomites promoting plastic use 😔 this makes me sad. The coffee machine is not to a usual Italian coffee standard. Drinking water is not provided you should pay...perhaps if some caraffes of water were available clients would spend more on wine at the table. The wine selection is great and reasonable.

Super clean hotel. Then rooms are OK, I stayed before in a spacious double I had a single which was ok but needs some updating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the main ski lift. Some staff are super friendly Nicolo on reception and Vincezo in the dining room plus the wonderful bar man.

No refrigirator in the room . Outdated settings. Breakfast was rather poor , and limited in time. We arrived 9 a.m. , and they were already clearing all the tables and not re-filling the buffet.

The price was expensive but the region is very expensive, I don't know if you can find a place to stay for a better price in the area.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The location is very beautiful. Very comfortable beds.
