As other reviews have mentioned, there are lots of lovely, friendly cats on the property. However, it was disappointing to see that many of them were underweight and displaying signs of cat flu. It’s a shame to let the cats continue to breed if the kittens are not going to be well cared for.

The hotel is in a very picturesque setting. On the occasions when we had the pool area to ourselves, it was really peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast spread was extensive. Although the property is remote, with a car it’s easy to get around to local beaches. One night we also walked down to the nearby pizzeria and mini golf, which was a fun night out.

The bed could be a little comfier, good if you like rock solid bed which some people do. But I slept well every night so it was fine really.

The location was superb, the view fantastic. Close to incredible beaches. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive The place was spotless, so clean. The pool was perfect. The restaurant 10/10, and you get discount when staying there. Breakfast was wonderful. . We didn't want to leave. Coffee lovely.

Sometimes the restaurant was shut at lunch and a sandwich or like would have kept us on site.

Very nice Hotel complex with spread out rooms and a central pool. Continental style breakfast and a restaurant at the top (bordering on michelin quality). Room was ok and comfy beds. Staff were very nice and couldn,t help you enough if you had a question or a problem. Would def return.

We stayed one night during off season, but I can tell that it must be so beautiful when all the amenities are opened. Nicola is kind and made us feel comfortable. Oh, and there are cute cats all-around the property.

It was the shame the restaurant wasent open , but of course it was off season so fair enough and we were warned (just hadn’t read the warning).

Warm spacious room and delicious breakfast. Ample stress free parking. If the weather had been better we would have been able to enjoy the terrace and views, too.

The quadruple room had a queen size bed and a bunk bed. The top bunk bed didn’t have any protection/guard rail, which was fine for us because we have older kids but could be a problem for younger children.

It is very quiet at night. Easy parking right next to our room. Restaurant on site. Beautiful garden with nice trees all around. Good breakfast with big variety of food. Staff friendly and kind.

Quiet resort with beautiful surroundings. Has a fantastic restaurant, which was the highlight of the resort, and the rooms are pleasant enough. Parking was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. It was great to have aperitivos by the pool, and the drinks were cheap.

The internet speed was slow. I only turned on the tv to see what was on but couldn’t get a picture (slow connection?). I’m sure this could be fixed but I didn’t report the issue.

The hotel is well-located, for travellers with a car, in the countryside a short drive (10 minutes) to the sea or Scopello village (which is charming). There is generous parking and a good restaurant above the hotel. The tiled, covered verandah outside every room had simple but comfortable outdoor furniture and a rack to dry towels and swimmers. The pool is a plus though I went to the seaside. Very good landscaping with well-maintained gardens. Very friendly, competent staff. I thought the breakfast (included) was good. There was a lot to choose from: cereal with hot or cold milk, yogurt, toast with jams, croissants, cheeses, hams as well as a variety of sweet bakery items. The coffee was good (this is Italy). My single room was simply furnished but pleasant and very practical. It was in good condition considering it is now 20 years since this hotel was built. Everything worked! The bathroom was a comfortable size even though the shower cubicle is small. The room felt secure with good window and door fittings.

The hotel restaurant was shut down because of lack of personnel, a pity

Located nearby the sea, quiet bungalows around the pool. Very nice accommodation with perfect personnel, we ordered some drinks at the bar, they send us back to the bungalow or pool and bring the drinks (and some chips for free) to us. We felt very welcome. Staying there you have to drive up to Scopello center, beautiful views and nice restaurants, great at evenings!!!

There is nothing to complain about but if you don't have a car, it may be a bit challenging to get to the place. We were by bike, it was ok but just to take into consideration, because it is on a hill.

The staff was incredibly amazing. Thanks Nicolo and Caterina you are amazing! The facilities were better than I expected after reading other reviews and they were in good shape and very clean and maintained room. Breakfast was also super good. In addition, there is an amazing Restaurant (Baida) 3km away up the hill. Prices at the Hotel bar were also good !

I am not sure whether this happened only during our stay, however the property was wasp-infested, and this spoiled very much the experience. I’d suggest for action to be taken immediately.

I spent a lovely weekend with my family in a. basic double room. The atmosphere was alluring and the dramatic view over the surroundings mountains made our stay really magic. The staff - especially Ilenia and Nicola - was amazingly helpful and kind, and promptly did their best to accommodate our requests (for example, Ilenia helped us preparing the food for our baby and readily found any solutions to our ever emerging problems due to our poor planning). The swimming pool area might have been a bit larger, however, it was still surrounded by the mountains and the view makes it up for it.

The property has incredible views of the nearby hillside as well as the sea. It’s beautifully manicured with local plants.

Bees on food, beds old and hard, decor dated, doors didn't lock easily, single rooms are very small.

Gorgeous grounds and quaint rooms. After a room upgrade I was able to be next to my family. Breakfast was an interesting spread. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was horrible!! The most uncomfortable hard bed I’ve ever slept on. The shower was tiny and not in good shape. It didn’t drain well at all and the door was plastic and repaired with tape in places. During dinner one night at the on site restaurant, one of the cats hissed at the server when he got too close to it and he grabbed it by the neck and flung it over a fence in front of five tables. I was eating with my seven year old and she didn’t want to return to the restaurant again after that. It was a shame because it was really delicious and affordable.

Great location. Loved the pool. The room Was regular size. The restaurant on property was delicious. There’s a family of cats and kittens on property that my daughter enjoyed playing with. Complimentary breakfast every morning was great. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. Parking is easy, plentiful and free. We always felt safe. The front patio was a great spot to sit and enjoy the quiet. The AC was cold and the windows all had shutters with slats that you could open and let the air in as well.
