We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice place. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We arrived after 8 pm, and the check-in was easy. Thank you!

Host was responsive and communicated well our check in instructions. The room was lovely and spacious, we liked the complimentary tea and coffee and use of coffee machine. Located a bit outside of town in a charming area with metro and busses nearby.

Sadly we couldn't use the stove. Otherwise, very good stay.

The guy working there was super friendly. The room was fine and cozy, the air conditioning worked really well. The location is fine because there are pleny bus stops nearby.

There was no hand soap, there was shampoo/shower gel but not enough for the whole stay. The water pressure was not the best.

The host was very amicable and the facilities were very clean! Simone was also very communicative and even helped us with directions.

We really liked the room, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was ideal for us, as it was neither into the buzz of the center of Rome nor far (approximately 20 - 30 minutes). The neighbourhood really quiet and safe.

I liked how close it was to the nearby clinic. High celings. Quick walk from nearby public transport. One bus ride from tiburtina's train station.

The room is situated in the basement where the storage rooms are for the residents of the building. The room is very loud as the windows are on the courtyard/sidewalk where people park their cars and walk home. So it was hard to stay asleep with loud car sounds. Cleanliness could have been better especially for the bathroom. Visible mould near windows. Lastly, I would remove the artificial fragrances in the room as not everyone likes them. Plus they give the idea of a dirty space and trying to cover up smells.

The staff were polite. But even after informing me of the check in hours, the staff contacted me by phone rushing me to send our passports by text because they had someplace else to be and I needed to check myself in during the normal check in hours. To get to the room was a maze of using a local phone number to call a number that unlocks a gate. Then find an lockbox to find keys to venture through stairwells, using those various keys, and unlocking doors before opening a door that brings you into a dark basement kitchen with two bedroom doors. The room we booked apparently had no AC even though there website from booking said the facilities had AC. Apparently you have to check each individual room to confirm that it has AC. The room was humid, a window was left open, the room was filled with mosquitoes, and a small fan to move the moist air around. The bathroom shower has no curtain and if you wanted to shower you were soaking the entire floor. Honestly you get what you pay for… that was an adventure I wasn’t winning to continue so I found another place to stay.

The room is very spacious, extra bed can be provided. The place is close to the bus stop. There is also an indoor packing.

The place is exceptionally well maintained. Very cozy, clean and has all necessary amenities. Located very central. Simone the host is also very helpful ,friendly and warm. Totally recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The place offers great value for money. it’s clean, comfortable, and well-located. Simon, the host, is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during our visit. I would definitely stay here again!

The room and everything was perfect. It was my first stay in Guest’s Heaven and I really enjoyed the stay. Water and coffee was free of charge.

I loved the place. It was so clean and spacious and good value for the money paid. Best place to stay in Rome. The bathroom is big and well equipped. It has all the things one could need for a long stay. Loved it !!

Everything good room good bathroom

The room and rest rooms were very clean.

The air-conditioner

The location is good and the room was clean. Its in a basement so it's very musky and wet or maybe molded. Without functioning AC it's impossible to sleep comfortably.

The entrance gate must be called and only the number registered to the booking works, however I couldn't get through at all, the gate never opened with the phone number instructed to contact. A neighbor let us in and helped us find our room. The room AC was broken or sounded like it and couldn't keep it on. No staff at property for check in or early checkout. I booked another room because of bedbites an hour after laying down. Lastly the bedroom had bugs or bedbugs, I left at 3:30am because of broken AC and bites on my body only 1 hour after laying in bed.

We appreciate the flexibility of check-in time and the communication with Simone as we were flying from New Zealand and across different time-zones and he always provided quick helpful answers and suggestions.

Accessing the front door can be tricky to work out (only the first time).
