Since the road was busy to have the window open and the air-conditioner was noisy, it made it too warm while sleeping.

The only negative was a few bits in the bathroom were loose and needing repairing. Eg/toilet seat was not secure, toilet roll holder was loose and shelf in bathroom was also not secure but honestly these are very minor and for the great value of the room they didn’t bother us.

The location of this property was excellent, a 3 min walk from the start of the historical centre. The bed was comfy and the room was modern. Also the restaurants in the surrounding areas were very good, the pizza and granite shops were always bustling and the food was authentic and delicious. Antonio the host was also very accommodating and quick to help with anything we needed.

The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was 40° in Palermo, so a well-funcrioning air conditioning was essential.

Super well located, very close to all the attractions. Host very responsive and very helpful with tips and info. Windows well isolated, keeping out the noise of Palermo's crazy traffic.

The floor wasn’t the cleanest and it ruined all of our white socks; i understand concrete floors aren’t the easiest to keep clean but still a substantial vacuum would have been in order; or at least provide slippers. Also the state of some of the furniture was on the brink of collapse.

The entire design of the bathroom is very nice, lighting etc. The location is also a positive; central enough to walk (right by the main city gate) but still enough street parking can be found in the area. Overall a very pleasant stay

Lovely modern interior, relatively close to town centre. The street looked a bit run down at first, but then we discovered it’s a relatively quick walk into town and the apartment inside was beautiful. Andreas was a hands-on super helpful host. Self check in instructions were easy to follow.

Large and comfortable room in a fantastic the city centre location. Huge bathroom and very nice shower. The double-glazed windows keep the city noises outside the room. Easy self check-in guided via WhatsApp by Antonio.

Cute modern room, with free parking close by. Really nice and responsive owners that recommended good restaurants and dolcerias. The location is close to Via Maqueda which is a road full of shops and restaurants and some attractions as well. The room was clean and really quiet even though sometimes the street was busy you would not hear anything.

Almost everything in the property was broken, except bed probably. Toilet sit, bin, shower handle were broken. Cleaning was not the best, but okay to stay for a day. Water in a bathtub wasn't warm enough and didn't work properly.

Modern interior and super good location 10-15 mins from main walking street. Easy check in and check out, Antonio was always available and very friendly.

The owner was very helpful, responded to messages quickly, and allowed an early check-in. The location is convenient, close to the cathedral. The room was modern and well-equipped. However, the cleaning could have been more thorough :)

Style over substance probably sums it up. Looks pretty in the pictures but in reality needs work. The neighbourhood is dirty, but tbh that’s Palermo, the balcony view looks on to a building site. On arrival the toilet seat was broken, so I immediately let host know & to be fair he offered to send someone over but as we were only there 2 nights we declined. We then found the bathroom to be in need of maintenance, every knob fell off the taps, sink moved & tap split, so sprayed everywhere on using & water only hot, no cold. My biggest gripe with this property is it just wasn’t clean. The floors were filthy, our feet were black after showering, the drain in the shower was mucky, the walls had inconspicuous marks on them by the toilet, kettle heavily scaled, toothbrush pot dirty, cushions and throws on the bed were stained & cigarette butts on the balcony. All a bit grubby & in need of some attention. I own a holiday apartment in the UK and my cleaning standards are way higher. This apartment could be so much nicer, with a bit of TLC.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay at a decent price & not going to be in your room much, that is close to the historic centre , cathedral etc then this is the place. Antonio the host is very responsive. Air Con worked well. Stored our luggage on last day which was a godsend.

Before our stay, I read reviews that mentioned that the bed was squeaky and noisy. As we were staying for four nights this would be an issue for us. I messaged the host beforehand and he told me the issue was resolved. This was not the case as the bed was incredibly noisy and kept me awake. The air conditioning is old and noisy as well. It doesn’t work very well and it doesn’t stand up to the Sicilian summer. We were disappointed with the lack of toiletries. One roll of toilet roll, two sachets of shampoo/showergel, and two small bars of soap, were provided. Which would’ve have been okay for a short stay, but for four nights we felt like this wasn’t enough.

The property has a great location, it’s very close to town and only a 10/15 min walk until you’re on the Main Street.

It was extremely hot during our stay so the air conditioning could have been a little better, but still kept our room cooled enough. The view from our balcony was not very good and over looked a busy street, but inside with the doors shut you couldn't hear anything at all. And this did not change our opinion of the room we stayed in. We would still recommend this place despite the minor flaws.

Everything was very modern and clean, and was spacious. Very close to everything. The host was very nice and made everything extremely easy for us for our stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Its deco, bathroom! comfortable bed

Lovely studio, decor is super. The host is extremely helpful at all times. He allowed us to leave the luggage at the property well before our check-in and gave us key info for transportation to the airport.
