Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet and close to the airport, and the airport shuttle service that was available was great. Public transportation was close by, as well as a grocery store and restaurants. Aurora was a wonderful hostess. Snacks and water were always available.

Great location close to the airport. Easy 10 min shuttle ride that they’ll help arrange. I wasn’t sure what time I’d be arriving in Rome, and Aurora went above and beyond and picked me up herself from the airport. She was great communicating with and a joy to be around- made for a really warm start to my stay, especially as a solo traveler. They had a nice breakfast spread that I was able to help myself to before leaving in the early morning to catch my flight. The room was comfortable, bathroom was great, very clean. Easy walk to grocery store around the corner and several restaurants nearby .

This place is something special. A gem. I arrived worn out and tired after a very long flight. The hosts arranged transportation for me from the airport, and they were so warm and welcoming that I really felt like… home! The room was large, comfortable, super clean, and spacious… This small place is run by a really lovely family. I will definitely come again on my next flight to Rome. Thank you !

We liked everything about the property!

Property was clean and inviting. Communication was excellent and check-in very personal and attentive to our needs. Did not stay for breakfast but snacks and grab-n-go items were available 24/7. Hostess was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The room was very comfortable. The shower was awesome!

Our stay was beautiful! The establishment is clean and the owners took time considering every detail you would need. We’ve stayed at many places but none quite as cozy as this. The professionalism and kindness we received from the hosts made this the best trip ever! We got sick during our stay and the farmacia was right around the corner. We walked to get pizza and gelato. Lovely atmosphere! 10/10

Absolute perfection. From the AMAZING HOST, to the sparkling clean property, to the intentional room layout, to the quality if the finishes - everything was delightful. Extremely safe property & lively neighborhood. Better than most hotels - and this comment comes from a Marriott Lifetime Titanium member - so I’ve seen a hotel or two in my life. If you are reading this feedback - run, do not go & make that booking!

I’m really grateful I found this place on such short notice. I needed something clean, affordable, and easily accessible from the airport, and this guest house was just right. The room was very clean and well-organized, and there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they even offer a contact shuttle service, which is a great bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

A perfect stay – clean, convenient, and welcoming! I absolutely loved my 4-night stay at this guest house. Aurora was extremely helpful and welcoming from the start. The place was spotless, very clean, and comfortable. A transfer was arranged from the airport, which made everything stress-free. Aurora really took care of all the little details that made a big difference – from a beach towel to lovely coffee in the morning. The location is great too! There’s a delicious pizza place just around the corner and a supermarket within walking distance. I also managed to visit Rome and return easily – the journey is about 1.5 hours each way and very affordable. If you’re planning to go to Rome from Fiumicino, I recommend getting the 24- or 48-hour train tickets (€7 for one day or €12.50 for two). They cover all public transport in Rome. And for Fiumicino itself, make sure to download the local bus app and activate your ticket before each journey. Thanks to Aurora for helping me figure out all these little tricks – it truly made my experience wonderful. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly come back!

Incredible shower, very comfortable bed, nice family, and very nice breakfast. They can arrange a shuttle to and from airport. Also you can walk to several restaurants. I slept so well here and arrived to the airport in a great mood!

I liked everything, especially the welcoming, friendly family.

I booked the room last minute because my flight from Rome Fiumicino airport had been cancelled, and I needed a place nearby to spend the night. Aurora volunteered to pick me up at the airport and welcomed me into her beautiful guesthouse, 15 minutes away. The room was clean, cheerfully decorated, the bed very comfortable and had a lovely balcony. Place was very quiet, in spite of having other guests. Breakfast was delicious, served in a bright and cozy space.
