Thank you Jane for your honest review in which you report cleanliness, comfortable beds and other positive aspects. 1) I would just like to mention that if you wanted to drink, in the vending machine you could choose between hot or cold drinks. 2) Also there is a function to pick up free plastic cups. The choice of not having to put glass cups and mini fridge in the room (which everyone knows are of little use) is not accidental, but intentional. 3) The rooms are soundproof but if other guests are not respectful and no one tells us there is little we can do about it. 4) Finally, if by "impersonal behavior" you mean that you saw no one-it is factual! I am sorry you note this as a negative aspect. If you book a facility with virtual check in, this is normal. I remind you that you arrived and entered after 11 p.m. when most facilities like ours do not allow you to check in at that time. For the rest: we respond to all kinds of messages you send and every day, our staff is there for cleaning between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and then there is so much to see in Rome that we would only waste your time 😉
