Little bit far from the city centre of about 15 - 20 mins walk. Anyway, it's not a problem indeed.

Very close to the railway station of less than 10 mins walk. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs were lind and helpful. Breakfast is good with many varieties.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and coach stops, and about 20 minutes pleasant walk into the centre of the town (and safe to walk back to after the late-night opera). The room was fine, quiet and comfortable. This "guesthouse" is, in effect, an annex to the next door hotel, where an absolutely brilliant breakfast is served.

The entrance to the building and hallway to the room was a little disconcerting with multiple locked doors opened by the main reception staff observing entrants via CCTV. There was, however, never an issue on gaining entry.

The room exceeded our expectations. It looked like it was recently renovated with a very good shower room. It was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast also exceeded our expectation with a good selection of hot and cold buffet items. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally, the main reason for choosing the hotel was its location being no more than a 10 minute walk from the Verona railway station. It was also only a 25 minute walk to the Verona arena with all the associated restaurants and bars.

The bed was our only discomfort. We are not from Italy so we may not be use to the type of beds.

The property was in a very good location in our opinion for what we wanted to do! The staff was kind, the breakfast was great and the room was clean.

The gym is said to work until 22:00 but at the reception they did not allowed me to go at 21 because it was closed one hour earlier, apparently, so not until they said.

Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, clean and close to the train station.

More space for towels and toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice but this is a minor detail!

We had a very comfortable stay at Guesthouse Verona. The room was surprisingly spacious and the breakfast was excellent value. The staff were extremely friendly! The hotel is a bit of a walk from Verona but very handy for the train station, which is what we needed.

Everything was good. Hotel has a good location. It is 8-10 min from the train station and 20 min from the city centre. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, cosy and comfortable, it had everything we needed. Only one thing we noticed, that tea caps in the number were not very clean. Breakfast was good. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out.

The walk to the centre was fine in the day although you do have to cross some busy roads. This is the only negative, but for us was well worth the compromise for the price and lovely room.

We were delayed by around 3 hours so arrived past 3am, but check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Room was perfect, plenty of space, clean and comfy bed. Close to train station & short walk from the centre

The shower was really nice! The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. The room was furnished with all the essential furniture and bathroom equipped with all necessary toiletries. The breakfast was pretty good. The only thing I was surprised about that I had to wait to pay for the room which caused me to miss my train. Since I provided my credit card previously I expected them to charge me. Also I dud not have cash on me for city tax. I just would have prefer to deal with all these when I checked in instead of check-out. Other than that the hotel was great!!

Very near the station which we found really useful. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. A kettle in the room was so welcome as it is quite a walk into the town centre

Not necessarily a dislike but the hotel is very simple and spartan. It is a bit hostel like in that respect. As we knew it is 20 mins from the centre which keeps the price down from other v expensive Verona hotels. Note you can get the 62 bus into the centre and the stop is 5 mins from the hotel. That said it is still a relatively expensive hotel for what you get.

I have to say that our bathroom was not cleaned properly- We could see some dirt on the walls and someone had written something on the mirror and this could be seen after shower.
