Dear Petr, thank you for sharing your opinion about your stay at our property. We are sorry to learn from your feedback that some aspects did not meet your expectations. We would like to inform you that the Superior room you booked is one of our most popular options, particularly appreciated for its spaciousness, brightness, and quiet atmosphere. Overlooking the ancient Walls of Charles V, it offers a peaceful setting, away from city traffic noise. As for parking, we would like to clarify that we do not provide a car valet or retrieval service, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage to vehicles, especially rental cars. However, we are always happy to assist our guests by indicating the location of our video-monitored garage, which is just a few meters from the hotel’s main entrance. Lastly, our luggage assistance service is always offered free of charge when the designated staff is on duty. For arrivals outside of their working hours, the front desk is nonetheless available to assist, whenever operational needs allow.
