Deck area was dirty and in need of a good clean. No kettle had to boil water in a pot on stove.

Location was great. Comfortable bed. Free Drinking water tank in accommodation was excellent. A short walk to everything we wanted to see.

The air conditioner started leaking in the bedroom a couple of times, perhaps a bit more maintenance of the system would have helped.

Our reservations were initially confused, but the staff resolved the issue within minutes and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the WiFi does not work in the bedroom. Additionally, there was a puddle of water under the air conditioning unit when we arrived, and the toilet did not have a seat. Not to be helped, but there was construction work next door, which made us hesitant to let in any light or fresh air.

The host was extremely helpful, giving us directions for public transport and food recommendations. It was very central and easily accessible. The apartment was large and spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, two bathrooms and two tv’s. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartments are not very clean and there are some things that don’t work, such as one of the bathrooms.

The staff are very nice and trying to make it as easy as possible for you, even if you don’t meet them.

It would have been 10/10 if it weren’t for two things: there is a stench smell coming from the small bedroom but manager said they will check this out. The other is: there is some renovation work going on in the property next door so it is very noisy if anyone is trying to have a lie in. This is unfortunately beyond their control. But none of these issues bothered us as there is another bathroom and also we had to get up early anyway! We had a great stay!

The flat is very spacious and the bed was the most comfortable we slept on during our trip to Sicily. It has everything we needed and the location is great, right beside all the action but on a quiet street. Danila was VERY helpful, made checking in super easy and gave excellent recommendations! Good value for money too!

The apartment needs a little refurbishment.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to the airport bus stop. All amenities shopping, sightseeing right on the doorstep. The communication and helpfulness of the staff was brilliant.

Check was a bit awkward - I arrived around 5:30pm and there was no one there, so then I had to meet someone at 11am the next morning to do the payment (a time that did not work for me).

Good location close to restaurants etc (but a bit of a walk from the train station - I should have caught a taxi) Good space, air con worked well. Filtered water was provided which was a bonus. Staff were helpful with responding to questions.

The apartment was best suited for a couple as the shower was visible from the bedroom. The Wi-Fi available did not service the bedroom. And the bedroom air conditioner was only slightly cooler than the ambient air.be aware there are stairs to reach the apartment.

Great location . A water cooler with bottled water was available to us which was much appreciated. Our host was attentive and returned messages promptly.

For a night or two it is great, as above, bathroom perhaps a bit tight but I would stay again.

We had already stayed at a hotel 4 days earlier prior to going up to Taormina so we knew our way around already which made it easy as we had walked past. There is a sign on the eall next to the large gates which may or may not be open but you get all that in the info providedj. We didn't get to meet the owner but his instructions via Whatsapp were clear and easy to follow. Our apartment was up a couple of flights of stairs but wasn't difficult given we had already walked the 1.5 km's from the train station with them. (by choice) Tip is to walk on the path but leave your bag on the road, it is much smoother to wheel and cars will go around. It was clean, comfy and a 1 min walk to some great cafes and restaurants. We walked everywhere in Catania. The bathroom was a bit tight but many are in Italy. My advice to Europe would be to get rid of bidets, a toilet roll takes up much less space and then you can fit a good size basin and shower in. Anyway, cultural differences aside, this was a great place and we had a good stay.

Following heavy rain, the drain in the bathroom began to smell. Danila helped to reduce this but it did persist. The kitchen and bedroom were not affected.

Very comfortable bed and clean bedroom. Kitchen and dining area were satisfactory. Excellent shower. Plenty of natural light. Very well situated and we felt very secure. Danila answered all our queries promptly and organized our transfer to the airport. .
