We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaGreat location just a couple of steps from Historic center and the main Station. It's the old but renovated building. The apartment is spacious with a great view. We had a great communication with the owner, also check in was easy. I would love to come back again.

CanadaThe place was perfect for or group of five. It was clean and nicely decorated and we had the entire apartment, which consist of two separate units, for ourselves. Our host was very accommodating with our earlier arrival time and had great suggestions for places to eat in the neighborhood. The place was a few minutes away by foot from the subway station and just one station away from the train station and had a great view of the Vesuvio from the larger unit. We enjoyed our local morning coffee and cornetto at small and friendly Relu Cafe and pizza at Pizzeria del Popolo, both at Piazza del Mercato.

FranceThe apartment is on the fifth floor and the elevator installation wasn't yet completed at the beginning of May 2024, but it should be soon. The shower stall is very narrow, and we couldn't get one of the exterior blinds to close all the way in one of the rooms - if you need complete darkness this could be a problem in the morning if you don't want to wake up too early. But these are very minor issues from our perspective.
Clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a view of Vesuvius from the balcony. A 5 minute walk from the subway. Note that a full kitchen is shared, but the part of the apartment we were in had a mini-kitchen area so we didn't need to use the shared one. Ludovica was an excellent host, explaining everything we needed to know about the apartment and answering all our questions about Naples very patiently. Her advice was excellent! We would definitely go back there if we return to Naples in the future.

The property is BEAUTIFUL. Felt like I was living an Italian dream, the balconies in every room, the high ceilings, the location is right in the centre with so many breakfast places close by and a short walk to the central station. The apartment was something from a movie, the view of Mount Vesuvius from the windows at early in dawn was breathtaking! The property manager was also excellent, we had a small issue with the water temperature and she was there the next morning and sorted it out and left us complimentary towels !
