Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beware the narrow winding roads to get there 😬!
The reception staff were all brilliant and helpful, but the one present on my arrival was truly exceptional (Gabriele?) It was superb value for money! Interesting town but sadly I had no time to sightsee.

The hotel was hard to get to. Also it was built into the side of a mountain, so it was fragmented.
The staff was great. It was clean and had lots of outdoor seating areas.

Really small bathroom. Rooms have poor sound insulation- you can hear TV, elevator, people talking from all directions.
We were moving from CTA to Palermo and needed a place to stay on the way. Clean rooms, buffet breakfast, no problem with parking. It was quite cold and rainy- heating was working great. We did have some problems with Google Maps/Apple Maps routing and circled around. it might be direction we came from. :)

Probably specific to our 5th floor room - but bathroom was awkwardly small (3'/1m wide) and shower was not good - shower head was broken (had to be hand held) and water pressure very poor.
Great location, spacious, split level family rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities and an excellent breakfast spread. Staff was wonderful.

The bathrooms are standard size, but the shower enclosure was very tight - could only just get in and turn one way! There is parking on the site, but it is limited spaces. Not too much an issue as free parking is outside on the road area. Getting to the hotel by car up the hills is challenging, but I got used to it.
The room was spacious enough. The bathroom was okay, but the enclosed shower was small - I just about fitted in. We only stayed 3-nights for a friend's wedding nearby, so did not spend alot of time in the hotel itself. The breakfast was simple and basic, but unlimited. The coffee was nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us - they helped us all the time with whatever query we had.

Receptionist spoke no English. The room was very clean but shower cubicle was extremely small so water sprayed out everywhere and soaked the en suite. It needs to me made into a wet room! Not enough loungers by the pool and the sun terrace for the loungers is tiny
It was very clean. Staff were friendly but spoke zero English. You need google translate on your phone to stay here

The TV was very tiny and not useful unless you sat right in front of it..
Breakfast was whatever you wanted..... some extras not included... we found it was perfect for our needs.. Rooms are very small but adequate.... Basic rooms but we enjoyed our stay there..

Excellent location in Cammarata! Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice swimming pool/spa! Wonderful staff all the way around! We loved our stay and can honesty recommend to anyone staying in Cammarata!

Everything worked well for us. No negatives.
It was a great hotel with great facilities n helpful staff. The rooms were simple n the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with really lovely happy helpful staff. Great stay

Great wee hotel, great swimming pool, small gym and games room. Helpful staff. The hotel manager is a good guy and like his staff, very helpful. The hotel is a bit retro so don’t expect ultra mod-cons but it has a nice atmosphere and is just so comfortable 😎
