First night we were woken at 12.30am with very loud talking and noise in the stairwell. Entrance door slammed shut.

Very clean, easy walk to the restaurants and seafront. Breakfast was ok. The cornetto was ok nothing special. Coffee machine needed cleaning.

We stayed only for one night, and it was great ! It's super near the train station and you have a lot of places to eat nearby. Even though we didn't get to meet with the host in person, we communicated perfectly and our stay at Handy was great ! The breakfast was really good too :)

Insects, no network on windows, air of the room, broken shower, leaking shower room

The room is so tidy and comfortable, but when we're there there are lots of insects and during 15 minutes after checking our clothes, we saw that all of our clothes were full of insects. That's disappointing because I have an allergy, but after we contacted the owner, he tried to send someone to help us, and she used anti insects flour, and the problem is solved in that way. But I guess if guests shouldn't open the window because of the insects, they need to put a network on the windows, additionally the shower room was leaking and the shower was broken. There are noisy sometimes because of cars. The air inside the room is awful. Hopefully, there are tasty breakfasts, and owners are so kind and help us to put our bags at the entrance after checking out. They also left the note under "Thank you" for us with pinning it to our bags. So sweet! BTW it's located in the city center and it's easy to go to popular places. The station of AP/other busses is very close. I hope the problems will be resolved soon!

In the room on the ground floor there was a fungus on the wall and upon entering the room you could feel high humidity and it smelled musty, the window directly next to the pavement limited the possibility of airing, the bed linen was changed but the cover on the bed was not. All the things in the room were soaked with moisture.

This apartment is absolutely superb. The bed is very comfortable. The place is spotless. The bathroom and shower are very good. The location is 2 minutes from train station and 5 from centre, port etc. We liked the fresh croissants left for us in the morning.. Highly recommended..

The check-in process was not simple. The host only gave the option for us to call when we got there, but we didn’t have a phone to call since we have just arrived in Italy (from Canada) and it was around 11 pm. We needed to ask the taxi driver to call.
