Our host was fabulous - a very warm welcome, and lots of suggestions for restaurants, tours and on hand for whatever we needed. And unexpectedly we received some sweets, water and a few breakfast items. That was a lovely touch. The room was spectacular. Brand new, perfectly located close to the port for boat trips and just a short walk to all the restaurants and beach. The balcony was huge and with a clothes drying rack. We found parking on the same street next to the supermarket for the 3 days without needing to move our car, at €10/day. Our only feedback would be that the pillows were very high and firm for what we usually sleep with so I used my beach towel instead. It didn't affect our stay but just a suggestion to the host to offer an option perhaps. Five stars for sure. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

when you see an acommodation has almost a 10/10 rate on Booking, you wonder why. But as we arrived we understood. Property was absolutely amazing, comfy, big (bigger than expected and perfect for our needs). The balcony addition was perfect to enjoy some wine in the warm afternoons. But the best thing about the property was the staff!!! we were treated like loyalty ❤️ we received a surprise little breakfast, we were given a lot of recommandations for what to do around, best food, how much we should pay for the boat trips so we arent scammed and much! Communication was PERFECT and we were helped with ANY request we had. We are truly grateful. The cleaning staff did an absolutely great job and were so attentive to all details. We even felt bad leaving the room a mess the second day seeing the efforts. Perfect location, the best restaurants of Cala Ganone just a few minutes away. For what it offers, the price was great. Way above the conditions we had in Olbia for twice the money!!!

This is a real find in Cala Gonone. The apartment was furnished to a high standard on a quiet street minutes away from the harbour. Pierangelo, the host, recommended very good restaurants and cafes for both dinner and breakfast. He was incredibly helpful sorting out a problem when our flights were delayed by 48 hours. Do stay here if you are in the Golfo di Orosei

The only thing l would say bothered me was the cushion as it was too high for me. I'm sure had l asked for another my request would have been granted.

We stayed at Harbor Rooms for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of storage space, and thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks made us feel right at home. The bathroom was spacious and featured a large, modern shower. The location was perfect — central and convenient for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

Nothing. It was great and perfectly suited for us.

We had a large room with a big terrace. It was very clean, with daily housekeeping. Kettle, coffee machine, fridge and complimentary water on arrival. Pierangelo was really helpful with check in and throughout our stay. He gave excellent local recommendations. Paid Parking is available under the building at 6 € per day, and he set us up with the parking app. The hourly rate is also 6 €. Great AC. Conveniently located 2 mins walk from the harbour, supermarket and many restaurants.

The location of the room is just perfect, only a few meters from the bus station, which was very important to us since we were travelling by bus in Sardinia. Right next to the the apartment is one of the travel agencies and the main port is just around the corner, which is very convenient when you have a cruise at 8 a.m. The room is nicely decorated and new, and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is also very nice with a great shower. The balcony is spacious and has a great view, we really enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet and the evenings are very peacefull so you can have a nice sleep. Some snacks were available with the coffee and tea, which was a great touch. The host responded quickly to our messages and gave us some really good tips on cruises and restaurants. We would love to stay again in this room.

The place is a bit far and nowadays there’s no direct bus to Cala ganone anymore. But with car, everything is so much easier. Besides that, there’re some bugs in summer that would fly into the room, totally harmless, but I just don’t like bugs

We had a fantastic stay at Harbor Rooms, a brand-new property that exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, featuring a very large balcony. Our host truly went above and beyond to welcome us, providing invaluable information about local restaurants, activities, and the surrounding area. The thoughtful welcome basket and daily replenished snacks were a very nice touch. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the harbour, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Considering how new the property is the price is very reasonable. Overall, we highly recommend Harbor Rooms for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

room was a bit small but had everything

Have to start off saying the location is perfect. literally 50mtrs from everything. Our host Pierangelo was the best. We arrived early and he dropped his plans to meet us. The room was clean bright and the balcony was perfect for extra space as the room is small. Best host so far :) Pier angelo answered our every question was super helpful and with a smile. Would recommend staying here any day. They had snacks on arrival extra coffee pods and a coke for us in the fridge.

To park for free, there is quite a distance to walk.

The location of Harbor Rooms is perfect, top to visit the Calas, swim in the sea. Clean, lots of goodies for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner. Next time we will book a room with a balcony, missed that option this time.

Everything was fabulous

Amazing guest house, very central location with easy access to port, beach and plenty restaurants around. We were given very handy tips of local restaurants and places to go for aperitivo. The room was brand new with very comfortable bed, huge smart tv, fabulous bathroom. Definitely recommend as it’s great value for money and much better than any of the hotels we stayed in in Sardinia. We will definitely be back to this place on our next holiday in Sardinia and Cala Gonone.

Parking nearby can be a challenge.

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Plenty of power sockets. Coffee machine and fridge in room. Good sized bathroom, spotlessly clean. Good location near the port with plenty of restaurants etc close by. Check in handled by a very friendly and helpful staff member (Pierre-Angelo). Highly recommended.
