The keys have a system of tracking with the Air Tag connecting them to your phone and to the owner's device. Not sure if this is common policy for hotels (to manage the potential loss of keys) but I'd appreciate a privacy warning beforehand, saying my movements are going to be tracked. Instead I got a message from my phone saying an unauthorized device was latched on and showing the map of all my itineraries, which freaked me out a little at first. I would suggest making it clear beforehand, with a message next to the keys or something :)

Amazing room, comfortable and large, with breathtaking views of the mountains and rooftops, super picturesque. Really spacious bathroom & walk in shower. Bright, airy and clean - very central location.

Would've loved if breakfast was included but not a huge deal.

We got one of the rooms with a view and it felt like luxury. Glass walls floor to ceiling, an exciting shower situation, and a powerful A/C. We took advantage of the gym included in our stay which was definitely on the upper end of what is usually available at hotel gyms.

It was a bit too hot in the room during the stay, even tried turning off the heat but it kept pushing out hot air, the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t turn on so we really didn’t know what to do but open everything (windows).

Everything was so easy to organize, and the lovely breakfast that was brought straight to the room was simply amazing.

Parking can be expensive if you leave it in the partner hotel, and difficult to find a parking space on the street.

Check in procedure a little weird having to get a code. Only 2 coffee capsules, 4 would have been better. An ice cube try in the freezer section of fridge would be good.

The check-in process was confusing. Online check-in is necessary unless you want to go to the sister hotel for traditional check-in. This was quickly resolved after telephoning the staff but perhaps the pre-arrival email could make the instructions clear beforehand.

The room was spacious, modern, well-equipped, and clean. The location was excellent. The view over the city from the balcony was stunning. The coffee and chocolates were much appreciated.

Beautiful, unique and it had a nice elevator, which is a huge plus! The bed was very comfortable, the suite was very clean and modern. Staff is at the main hotel and they are very friendly. Also a nice breakfast.

Great room with a recent renovation, huge bathroom, great panoramic view and complimentary marshmallows! Everything was perfectly clean, great after a long tiring trip. The contactless check-in was fast and efficient.

Parking, as usual in the Centro. A bit of a trot from where you do get to park free. About a 10 minute walk with luggage.

Great location and facilities. Loved the hot tub on the deck (you gotta get the right room). Quick access to all of Trento centro. Quiet. Would stay here again.

As this is apartment I could tell small kitchen is missing there (at least microwave). After you book it you will get a poem of instructions. Couldn't tell it's easy to understand everything... Easiest way to understand everything is to visit Hi Hotel reception there they can give you all instructions... Bin is also missing on second floor.

Bed was Very comfortable. I like glass between bedroom and shower room - that's fantastic idea. Shower looks amazing. Large bathroom and nice panoramic view (from bedroom and bathroom) on mountains. There are some minuses but I could recommend this apartment! There are bathrobes and slippers. In conclusion I could say it's very comfortable apartment. A lot of nice details have been thought out!
