Amazing room, comfortable and large, with breathtaking views of the mountains and rooftops, super picturesque. Really spacious bathroom & walk in shower. Bright, airy and clean - very central location.

The keys have a system of tracking with the Air Tag connecting them to your phone and to the owner's device. Not sure if this is common policy for hotels (to manage the potential loss of keys) but I'd appreciate a privacy warning beforehand, saying my movements are going to be tracked. Instead I got a message from my phone saying an unauthorized device was latched on and showing the map of all my itineraries, which freaked me out a little at first. I would suggest making it clear beforehand, with a message next to the keys or something :)

A little tricky to find the correct location of the room when booking apartments instead of the hotel rooms.

We got one of the rooms with a view and it felt like luxury. Glass walls floor to ceiling, an exciting shower situation, and a powerful A/C. We took advantage of the gym included in our stay which was definitely on the upper end of what is usually available at hotel gyms.

Would've loved if breakfast was included but not a huge deal.

Excellent location. Quiet room in the roof with view of the castle. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with lovely shower. Left luggage in the main hotel.

Not clear in the instructions that we had to go to a different address to check in. Also, email communication could have been better.

It was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived that was extremely noticeable, also small hairs on the coffee maker. The bathroom shower was questionable as to whether or not it was cleaned. There are blackout curtains all around the room, yet the massive window for the shower lets so much light in. We got a call in our room from a CUSTOMER at 11 o’clock at night. Which left both us and the customer very confused and frustrated. Really stay was mediocre at best.

Everything about this room is PURE PERFECTION. The 360 view of the entire old town of Trento is to die for. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. And the details like the slippers, the bathrobe, and the soap/lotion - the quality of it all was beyond 5 stars hotel. Wow! Would definitely stay here over and over again

Everything was so easy to organize, and the lovely breakfast that was brought straight to the room was simply amazing.

It was a bit too hot in the room during the stay, even tried turning off the heat but it kept pushing out hot air, the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t turn on so we really didn’t know what to do but open everything (windows).

Very spacious flat for 2 people with a nice terrace and air conditioning. Instructions to get into the place where very clear from the host.

Parking can be expensive if you leave it in the partner hotel, and difficult to find a parking space on the street.

EVERYTHING! Views to die for from the junior suite. Gorgeous town, easy walking everywhere.

Great apartment in a good spot, loved the jacuzzi. Great to walk in and air con was already on.

Check in procedure a little weird having to get a code. Only 2 coffee capsules, 4 would have been better. An ice cube try in the freezer section of fridge would be good.
