How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The balcony was very small and pretty closed off. We expected it to be a bit bigger.
The room was very nice. There was chilled water right next to our door which was a plus. The staff replied very quickly via WhatsApp and were clear with the instructions. The room was clean and tidy. Everyday we came back to a made up bed and clean room!

Proximity to the town centre was about 20-25 minutes on foot. But the area was easily accessible by car and there was enough parking around.

Everything was great.

There is not much shops around/ breakfast restaurants.
The pillows are super comfortable. We checked in pass 11pm the host send us instructions and videos how to get into the accommodation with our phones.

Two very minor CONs: street parking is tricky in the area and the AC unit points directly on the bed, which for me felt uncomfortable. Neither of these are deal-breakers for a great stay
The place is great and VERY new! The room was comfortable, clean and cosy, and the apartment is well located, a short walk from Piazza d'Italia. The host was super kind and very quickly responsive. I recommend to stay here!!

Everything was absolutely perfect above our expectations
The suite is absolutely stunning, clean and service is Excellent It's like a mini hotel with only 4 rooms, very quiet Free water , fridge , big TV, bed is very comfortable What impressed me was that they clean our bedroom everyday Free espresso machine with coffee pods Fridge It's a luxury room We love it and we definitely be back soon

please note that check out in all hotels in Sardinia is at 10:00 am.
Breakfast was not included. The room had a coffee machine with capsules for 1 cup of coffee and cookies. Next door to the hotel is a very good cafe that I can recommend for dinner - La Perla Rosa. Not touristic - very good quality and friendly prices.

Room noise isolation could be better in between other guest rooms
Very clean, refurbished, nicely prepared with amenities. Even at night for a small problem, they come to fix it in 10 minutes.

If I had to nitpick, we thought we had booked a room with the bigger balcony - the balcony in the room allocated to us is very small with no place to sit outside but this is reflected in the amazing value for money so not a big deal.
Amazing value for the 4 day city start to our 2 week holiday around the island. Modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped condo with comfortable bed, lovely shower and room darkening shades only 15 mins walk to the stunning Piazza d’Italia in the city centre, with gorgeous narrow cobblestone streets steeped in history. End of Sept is not crowded, ideal to sit in the beautiful square with an espresso or glass of Prosecco and watch the world go by. Well worth the short walk - don’t let the surrounding streets loaded with graffiti fool you. There are also a few lovely cafés and restaurants nearby the condo. Shout out to casual little local Snackbar de Sandro with welcoming and friendly locals - ideal to sit outside over a cold beer on a hot eve. We used the condo as our base to drive to the beautiful coast, from Alghero to Castlesardo (though Alghero was disappointing to us, overcrowded and much too busy, so drive northwards along the coast to find gorgeous secluded beaches and amazing scenery, some with a little beach bar and loungers for rent). The condo is only 1.5 hrs stunning scenic drive through the mountains to our next stop in breath taking Golfo Aranci. Ideally located for us!

Not so much a didn't like but need to be prepared for a long stroll to the centre of town/old town main restaurants
Excellent room with everything required for a few nights. Communication with host was great keeping us up to date and an early check-in Daily cleaned and replenished Sassari had much hidden charm if prepared to explore Took a trip to the coast, Alghero using Sassari train station about 2 kilometres(20 mins walk)

Extemely well equiped on level of high class hotel. We haven't been missing a thing. Check-in was contactless but owner was extremely helpful with all information we needed. We wish we would stay for longer.
