Very good localisation.5 minutes from San Marco which meant I could go walking both in the early morning ( almost no tourists) and in the late evening when the atmosphere is very special. Close to Rialto Bridge ,Academia on foot and some other main points .Very good pizzeria and snack bar nearby. The room was absolutely very clean as well as the whole guest house.Every day someone used to come and change towels ,clean your room on demand.A nice bonus was a big bottle of cold water and some delicious snack waiting for us.I can higly recommed. The host stays in good touch with you and gives answers to all your doubts and questions,very helpful person with perfect English communication .

A hidden gem in Venice indeed! The name says it all. This apartment was the perfect place for our trip to Venice. The location is fantastic, a quiet and authentic neighborhood that is just a short walk from all the main sights. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the comfortable pillows and mattress, which made for a great night's sleep. The room was also cleaned daily, a wonderful and unexpected touch. Our host, Annalisa, was incredibly attentive and helpful. Her communication was excellent and she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly felt like we were living like a local, not just a tourist. I can't recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Venice.

Location was amazing. Annalisa was awesome. Comfortable bed, sufficient A/C. Really appreciated the shared kitchen area and ability to use hot water kettle for coffee and make some breakfast and refrigerator.

Central location to reach all the main spots. Silent, no crowds under windows. Option to leave luggage. Great value for money.

The location was phenomenal, however it was difficult to find, as it's on a dark alley. You are right where you need to be in Venice.

I booked it for the washing machine and kitchen. We were not allowed to use the washing machine or oven. only fridge. I booked it because I needed the laundry, as we were going on a barge/bike cruise the next day. We ended up in a laundromat, not my plan. Also, the host argued with us about the washer and taxes. I KNOW WHAT I BOOKED.

The location was perfect! We were steps away from St. Mark’s and right next to the gondolas. It was clean, roomy, and perfect for us. I loved that we had a cold bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge and some treats left in our room. It was welcome after a long day of travel.

Excellent location, very central in San Marco. The host sent me instructions ahead of time to facilitate my arrival. Decent size room with air conditioning. Very good Wifi.

Paper thin walls. I am not a fan of self check in. I was given instructions only the next day about using the kitchen facilities, the host mentioned that this will be improved by providing written instructions at check-in. The shower needs an update.

Great location - a few minutes by foot from Piazza San Marco. Still it was calm and quiet enough to relax after a long walk. It has a kitchen and coffee. Clean and comfortable. Annalisa is a friendly and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay in Venezia! The apartment was spotless, incredibly well located—just a short walk from Piazza San Marco—and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication was fast and helpful throughout. Our host also gave us the best dinner recommendation of the trip: Osteria da Carla, which became our favorite. Highly recommend this stay!

The location was the first thing that attracted me to book it literallya 2 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Secondary was the interior itself. An astounding apartment with classic looks merged with contemporary amenities. Would HIGHLY recommend this guest house, but please Ssshhhhh! Keep it to yourselves or it won't remain a hidden gem.

What a great location, right next to St. Mark’s. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communication. The ice cold water on arrival was a really welcome relief.

Location is great, right in the center near San Marco square and vaporetto station. Easy accessible. Room is comfortable with all you need. Bed is great and comfy. Shared kitchen is very useful (refrigerator, water kettle, coffee machine). Host is very helpful and kind. Everything is very clean. In room are also EU electrical sockets.

Location was amazing, right off St Marks piazza! Bathroom was spacious for 3 of us, we appreciated the communal kitchen to hold water, juice, make an espresso. Clean and easy to access. Loved Venice♡

Guests should be aware rooms were on 3rd floor, no elevator. Not a complaint, just a heads up. The single cot wasn't the most comfortable, but it was better than the plane seat on the trip over!!

Location was VERY near to St Mark’s Piazza - it made everything so convenient if you want to start your day very early to beat the tourist queues OR if you want to stay out late to enjoy the piazza and atmosphere in the evening. Accommodation was very clean; bathroom facilities were great; and bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive and clear on instructions on how to check-in, where to eat, etc. Highly recommend staying here if you want the huge advantage of being close to St Mark’s, in the comforts of this truly hidden gem.

Amazing location, just a few steps away from piazza San Marco. Comfortable beds, very clean room, helpful staff, ideal for a few nights in Venezia.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. I never met the host, but she was easy to reach via What’s App.

The half shower door was hard to use without water leaking out of bathtub. It is noisy outside especially when folks are talking around 1-2 am.
