The property was very comfortable and clean. I was initially unsure about the location, but it turned out to be perfect: close enough to the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet at the end of the day.

The thing that disturbed me is that somebody entered the room. It was not for cleaning, it was for taking the iron. But nobody warned me and is not okay to enter the room just like that.

1. I didn't like that when entering the room was a strange smell coming in the room , which if the door/window was closed is caused frustration. 2. The air-conditioning were not inverter ( to stop working once get the temperature ) and also despite being at 21 i felt that was controlled not to give to much cold . 3.. Paying such high amount and having breakfast in box we didn't like it . IT was a sausage roll, or calzone or croissant , with juice, and yoghurt.( there were no good options for kids e.g. chocolate milk ). In addition the fact i had to decide what i want for breakfast for the whole stay it was a pressure for me and the kids. ( 1 day a wrong breakfast was offered ) The last day we didn't want to eat went to supermarket 3 minutes walk . 4. The cleaning concept should be re-considered. The room is cleaned every 2 days(staring from arrival date) . We were supposed to have on the 2nd day but they said that cleaner was not able to come (FAIR) . But we had to stay another day with dirty towels , full bins and dirty floor. Having kids in not possible not get dirty the apartment. The most disturbing think although is the fact that on the next day the cleaner came ( so cleaning on day 3 instead of 2 ) and on the corner of the kitchen there were 2 bags with rubbish and the cleaners(!) didn't even consider to pick them up. The excuse that they didn't see it(!) is unacceptable. why then they clean the dust bin in the kitchen. 5. Location is 10-15 minutes with Taxi the above comments is to be considered for improvement and respect the money we pay for our holidays,

The room was big and clean . The bed were comfortable , The staff was friendly I will stress out the friendliness of the people , as we had continues communication with via What's' up.

The aircon is not that cold. It’s uncomforatable to stay during summer as you are under a glass roof.

Air conditioner was not functional. Apparently, due to the time of year they are not activated.

The front desk person (adele) was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The location of the hotel was perfect. Walkable to so many tourist destinations and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike. It should be noted that the description states that the reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00 for check-in, however staff is not on site after 15:00.

Location, primarily a residential district with easy access to a variety of restaurants, markets, and public transportation. A few blocks north of the Vatican, less touristy and very quiet. Our suite as very roomy and well appointed. Adele (the receptionist) was attentive to our needs and very helpful.

The breakfast was the most disappointing. They claimed it was buffet on the site but it was a lil snack box. meet was raw, no breads/croissants, no eggs.

The alley was not very nice esp when you have to enter it after a short walk from metro. the property was comfortable. Large rooms, good dining area. However while kitchenette was nice, the basic cutlery incl kettle and spoons etc were not available. We had to ask for it. No basic stuff like salt, pepper, cooking oil or tea, coffee sugar. However there is a supermarket 2 buildings away where you could get things.

You can hear everything from next door, so luckily we had only one neighbour during our stay. The kitchen is poorly equipped so do not expect to cook there, maximum warm up a ready-to-eat food from shops. Due to the fact the appartement was quite big, it was impossible to achieve a comfortable temperature with the airconditioning (we stayed over Christmas).

The appartement was in a very nice location, quite, but still few steps from Vatican city. Easily accessible by metro and buses to anywhere in Rome. There were not many tourists in the house during our stay, so it was quite in the night. There is a regular cleaning. The appartement itself was spacious more than usual in Rome.

Only negative we stayed for 4 days and room wasn't cleaned, bedding and towels not changed. Bedding and room not being cleaned was not a massive issue as was hardly in the room and don't change bedding at home after a couple of days. Would of been nice to have had clean towels or at least 2 big towels each for the 4 days.

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location for Vatican City. Metro only 10 minutes walk. Room very spacious and bed extremely comfortable.

The single beds were too small. I am used to sleep in single beds when I travel with my friends but these were REALLY small. The breakfast is box breakfast, meaning there are some snacks bought at the supermarket. We had only one key room, which made our stay uncomfortable because we couldn’t come in and go out from the room in our own terms. I bought a new pair of leggings which I guess made a black stain in the white couch of the room, and after I checkout I received a message to pay 150 euro for the damage. I paid of course, but 1) I don’t believe that the stain is irreversible and 2) even if it is so, I believe they charged a bit too much.

Adelina, the receptionist, was the asset of this property. Her smile and willingness to help was immeasurable. Greetings to her.
