No kettle or glassware. Lack of storage in the bathroom & had to leave suitcases on the floor. Would like drawers and bench space in the bathroom. And a full length mirror in the room

10/10 location. A stokes throw from the best restaurants and we walked to all of the major attractions in Rome! The hotel was quiet at night and we had many excellent coffee shops up the road to choose from. The staff were absolutely incredible and friendly and so happy to assist with even minor requests

it was clear from checking in that anyone who has booked on booking.com would not be housed in the main body of the hotel which was a shame. The room was fine but there was a loose electrical socket which needs fixing. having said that we really did enjoy ourselves.

The staff in this hotel are exceptional and that includes everyone there. the location is great as it’s very close to the town and the abundance of restaurants and bars. really would recommend.

Bed wasn't super comfortable and the room was extremely noisy being located right next to the road and entrance which was not ideal on the Saturday night but the other nights were much more quiet. Would have also loved some tea/coffee/kettle available in the room for next time!

There was significant smells of moisture in the bathroom and mold on the room windows. This was basically an old shop or something similar (two enterances to the room but one enterance from the street is locked and you don't get the key to that door) which was repurposed into an accommodation.

Really quiet (when there's no vacuuming of other rooms/halls in the morning), great location near Trastevere and other sites, comfy bed, nice toiletry

We had a great stay there ! Just important to know, this hotel is part of the H14 hotel across the street. All facilities and check in must be done at the H14 hotel. Staff very helpful, room perfectly clean, and bed was so comfy !

Firstly the room was not the one we had booked. We got a room on the very first floor, which had only two little windows. The room itself had a moldy smell with visible mold in the bathroom. Weird trapdoors in the ceiling near the entrance and bathroom which didn't make us feel safe. Another thing that made us uneasy was a bizarre door inside the room that we thought led to the street. The door is very thin so keep in mind that you will be hearing everything that's happening outside. The floors weren't very clean. The bathroom floor gets wet from the leaking shower door. If we hadn't been on a tight schedule, I would've complained about not getting the correct room, but now I can only rant with a review. Felt like we stayed in a last resort room when they overbooked the hotel.

It was possible to leave our luggage at the front desk before our check-in time, but we didn't even need it, because our room was already available a few hours prior to the estimated check-in time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel reception looks nice. The location is the only thing that made it worth the money.

We loved this room, it's spacious and well designed. Everything felt comfortable, the location felt safe, and overall, it was worth the value. It's within walking distance to Trastevere and many good restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was right next to the road, so very noisy from the road itself, and also the room upstairs. Didn’t sleep very well because of this, which did dampen our stay. The room felt like it was in a basement, and was very warm. Couldn’t open the windows as it seemed like the smoking spot, so room smelt of cigarettes, and cars/taxis waiting outside. Due to location people were always on the street outside and could look directly in as ground level, meaning we kept the curtains shut and didn’t have any natural light in the room, making it feel dank and dark.

Great friendly staff. Main hotel looks great, we were disappointed to have a room which is a separate apartment.
