The bed was combination of single bed and it wasn't convenient,the room make over was not done properly.they didn't change the towels.the room had single bin and very limited stock of complementary tea coffee

Heard some noise from neighbours who liked to shout in the night. Not really the hotel‘s fault but rather the other guests.

Clean, stylish and modern being very close to Milan Garibaldi railway station as well as Como Corso, a long pedestrian street full of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Stayed for one night in a clean and spacious room, before awaking to a full, delicious breakfast, all in a very convenient location (5 min walk to Garibaldi). Had a wonderful experience, just as last time!

Great location. Close to Garibaldi station, restaurants and shops and an easy stroll to the Brera neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and let us have our room early, which was just what we needed after a long flight from Australia. The rooms are clean and modern, with great soundproofing windows. The AC was much needed! Breakfast was included with our stay, and they had a great selection to choose from. The waiter and waitress were so polite and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Milan.

The hotel was in a great location, close to train station and restaurants. We were able check-in early which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food

Slightly noisy in the early hous as it was next to a nightclub.

The breakfast was very good, the roome well appointed and laid out. The location was very convenient for the station which given our late arrival and early departure times was important

Porto Garibaldi station is still a miserable construction site surrounded by other construction sites and the area directly around the hotel is not so scenic. But you can see it will be nice. The hotel as a transport link was excellent though if you need to catch the train from Garibaldi.

Incredibly helpful desk who unprompted checked us into an available room when we came to drop bags at 9.30am. Comfy bed. Quiet aircon. Good shower. Good soundproofing. Easy walk to Duomo and centre or Isola bars. V close to Porto Garibaldi station.

Breakfast could be better, but it does not ruin the overall impression.

The location is excellent: close to train and metro stations and within walking distance from the city center. There are a few nightclubs nearby, but we merely heard the noise. The room is comfortable and clean. It is spacious enough to keep a lot of luggage.

There are 4 pillows, all of them same hardness. I didn't check at the reception if a softer one was available. Maybe next time. This unless they will reconsider to have at least two different types as a standard.

The location is great, near restaurants, shopping area and Porta Garibaldi train station. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean, nice furnished and the hotel staff was nice and professional. Breakfast is just amazing, the main reason we chose the hotel again.

We had the room right next to elevators and the breakfast area; you can hear everything on the hallway and the noise from the plates and the buffet. It gets quite noisy in the morning, with people chatting in and out. The breakfast has many options, but the food is medium to low quality, pastries included. Only one coffee machine for everyone. For a 4 star hotel, would expect a better range.

The hotel has a very sleek modern design. The room very clean, the staff very pleasant. Despite it being located next to a few night clubs, it is very well isolated to the outside, so the noise is held to a minimum. 30 min walking distance to the Duomo and the center.

We have stayed here many times before and it is a beautiful hotel. We were delighted to be given a room upgrade, which was even more amazing ! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable .
