We source fresh ingredients daily and continuously revisit our menu composition to better balance traditional and innovative options. We would also like to kindly clarify that our establishment is officially classified as a three-star hotel. Nevertheless, we're delighted that you appreciated our prime location in the Monti district. Being walking distance from major landmarks like St. Mary Major Basilica allows guests to fully immerse themselves in Rome's cultural heritage.
