It was extremely hot in Italy when we stayed there and the lack of air conditioning meant it was v warm at night.

Room Cleaning needed to happen a bit more frequently and transfers to the cervinia was made to feel a bit like a chore

A very comfortable hotel for skiing on the slopes of Valtournenche, Breuil-Cervinia, and Zermatt. The rooms are cozy with newly renovated bathrooms, and there’s a small spa as well as a shuttle service to the ski slopes. Family-run, it’s a unique hotel where even solo travelers can find good company. There’s a large communal table for both breakfast (truly rich and varied) and dinner. The owners are Swedish, and most of the staff is Swedish too. At dinner, you have the chance to try Nordic cuisine. For those needing to rent ski equipment, the hotel provides everything: skis, boots, poles, ski suits, gloves, goggles, and accessories. We traveled with our teenage children and had a wonderful time. Thank you, and see you next time!

noise: our room was located above the reception, near the bar where aperitifs took place, and it was very noisy until 2 a.m., making it difficult to sleep.

A wonderful view. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection to satisfy every desire. The room was well-equipped and provided everything necessary.

parking not at all adeguate I have been there on Oct 8th 2023 too and i did left my sunglasses by mistake in the room! In Oct'23 i remember to have called Millefiori to keep my sunglasses till the day i will be back. I was back now on Oct'24 and reception was not aware. That was quite disappointing. Regards, Dimitri

Nice breakfast, amazing diner(together with all guests) Comfortable beds, bathroom outdated and a bit dark but very clean. Jacuzzi and pool not working, sauna is. Staff was nice, especially Laura (don’t know if this is the correct spelling though). All in all good value for money.

We loved their comfortable lobby bar with candles and bonfire that set you up in a relaxed mountain mood, you can enjoy that area with coffee or evening aperitivo, nice concept of the dinner where you share the table with other guests so we happen to meet new people and have a nice talks over the dinner which was so tasty! Beautiful dinner set up, we appreciated all of the small details. A lot of options for breakfast! You have the home away from home feeling.

My bedroom was dark with limited window light.

Amazing choice of dishes for breakfast and excellent quality. Evening dinners are also very good. The lounge area next to the bar is particularly relaxing.

Like at home Atmosfare. Staff tried their outmost to cater our needs. Really nice Hotel, you must know though that when in your room sound travels easily, you hear you neighbours left-right and up. I’d list 19 pros and 1 con and that is the lack of soundproofing👍 We would come back anytime!
