The room was an interior room resulting in an odd quirk of a window that looked out to nothing. This leaves you reliant on your phone to know what the weather outside is doing. An interior room has no street noise, but the room doors slam shut and you hear that every time it happens on your floor.

Good room with a great bathroom that included actual counter space rather than just a glass shelf over the sink. Outstanding breakfast with bonus points for American style pancakes. Adjustable room A/C with mini-bar/refrigerator is a must have in summer. Nice neighborhood, but within easy walking distance to the metro/train station.

We loved that the hotel was located only 15-20min walk from the really busy touristy locations. It felt cosy and homely and the streets immediately around the hotel felt reasonably safe to walk around at night. The room felt outdated however that was contrasted by a new and modern bathroom. Amenities were refreshed and we always came back to a squeaky clean room. It was a small hotel with a cute rooftop bar! Restaurants were down the street as well as a grocery store next door :) Additionally it is a 10min walk from Roma termini! Staff were always friendly as well

Everything was great, the only fault was I didn’t like the staff at check out asking us to add a tip for the staff to our final bill. Felt uncomfortable and obliged to give a tip which I didn’t think was necessary.

The lack of shelf space in the bathroom was a pain. You should not have to put your toilet bag on the floor, or balance things on the rim of the bidet! A shelf or two in the bathroom would be very useful. The bathroom itself is very well appointed otherwise.

The hotel has a certain charm. It met all our needs for the two days we stayed. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful.

There is really nothing to improve.

The breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Everything was fresh. The location was perfect- close to the historic sites and yet in a quiet area. Our room was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

My Son was mugged outside in the early hours, so be careful but that goes for everywhere.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable and the roof terrace is a must. Fantastic location too.

We found the hotel staff very helpful, the breakfast with the extra charge worth it and an easy start to our days. At the end of the day, we loved having a small terrace bar on the roof. The bartender was welcoming and friendly. Convenient to every place we wanted to see and not too far from the train. (You could walk, but hard with bags. Easy to find taxis). Good elevator a plus for us.

The wallpaper and room decor a little dated.

The breakfast had a really good assortment of options - eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, meats, cereals, etc. The staff made us fresh cappuccino in the morning which was our favorite in all our time in Italy. The room decor is not my favorite but the bathroom and room were clean and spacious. I don’t understand why wash clothes weren’t offered at this hotel or one we stayed at in Spain. If you need a washcloth, bring some. There is a good laundry place about .25-.5 mile down the street. 20 euros to wash and dry a load. We were able to combine darks and lights with cold water wash. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Service from the staff was excellent! Way beyond expectations! Salman especially deserves 10 stars. He has been instrumental in not only our accommodations but also with dinner reservations and transportation arrangements from the airport AND to the cruise port. Highly recommend!!!
