Dear Jiří, thank you for appreciating your stay at the Hotel Santa Croce, especially the service of our Staff and the excellent location in the heart of the Historic Center of Florence. Regarding the breakfast, we can't understand your note since it's very rich of genuine and fresh products and objectively goes beyond the typical breakfasts of a 2-stars or higher Hotel. As we write always and just for information to the other Customers who are reading, we list below everything that everyone finds on our abundant buffet: ham, cheese, white and integral bread (you can toast it), sandwiches with eggs, spreadable cheese, fresh fruit, various types of stuffed fresh pastries and croissants from a renowned pastry every morning and other sweet food like muffins, plum cakes, marmalade and chocolate tarts, biscuits, rusks, various flavors of yogurt, various types of cereals (corn flakes, puffed rice etc), different flavors of marmalades, spread chocolate, honey, butter and other products. To drink, various fruit juices and every type of hot drink (American coffee, Italian espresso coffee, decaffeinated coffee, cappuccino, classic and black tea, green tea and other types, chamomile, milk, chocolate, barley etc); soy milk and Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free Food (on request). The coffees are made with freshly ground coffee beans. Honestly, we just can't figure out what else you were expecting and we find it very hard to believe that you can find many other hotels of our category or even higher that offer so many products every morning. We would have liked to understand what you wanted at the moment, we would have tried to understand if it was possible to further satisfy your requests. Regarding your note about the air conditioner, we would like to clarify that in our rooms there are Unico air conditioners by Olimpia Splendid, new and very powerful air conditioners and the only models that can be installed in the way you have seen in the room as they are not equipped with an external device that cannot be affixed to the facades of buildings in the Historical Centre. Morevoer, about your note on our genuine breakfast, we don't have a restaurant or a kitchen and for this reason the products you mentioned cannot be prepared and are not manageable for us, but we like to remind you that we offer a very fresh and abundant breakfast buffet, which objectively goes beyond the typical breakfasts of a 2-stars or higher hotel.
