The beds were amazing, breakfast room was great. Gym and Pool area exceptional.

The location was very good between the town and the access to the mountains . Breakfast was very good and sitting outside was lovely. The evening bar staff were friendly and lovely.

We would have appreciated a more welcoming reception desk to help us with the things we needed. Some staff went out of their way to help while others seemed less accessible.

Historic old building. The pool and garden were beautiful and the service at the pool was extraordinary. Hotel was close walking distance to restaurants.

Lovely hotel. Excellent facilties. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Room was large and always kept spotless. Great location for cable cars and access to other travel links. Would stay in this hotel if we visited this region again.

Reception staff weren't the most welcoming. They were professional.

Location is great and they have secure parking either outside behind a gate or in the underground parking...perfect for motorcycles. Breakfast was more than plenty and the restaurant was very good.

Brilliant location, easy walk from train station, and also easy walk to the local restaurants of Bolzano. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Has the most amazing breakfast!! They also stored my bags for free while I went to the mountains for 5 days. Perfect base for exploring the Dolomites.

The bath / shower glass door arrangement is a real pain and we ended up with puddles of water twice during our stay

We arrived and parked in the hotel garage unloaded our baggage and then the reception said we have no room due to double booking. After some discussion we re booked at the Falkensteiner Hotel.

Fantastic location - just a 10 min walk from old town. I enjoyed the garden and the pool and the breakfast was fantastic too! The staff was super friendly and helpful and special shout out to Serena at the bar/restaurant for providing outstanding service.

The hotel is in a perfect position and within easy walk to the train station, bus station, cablecar and all the restaurants and shops in Bolzano. I felt really safe as a solo female traveller, and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked eggs and omelettes as well as every type of cereal, fruit, bread, cold meats, cheese and cakes. The pool area is very relaxing and beautifully maintained. I used the hotel as a base to go to and from a 4 day trek in the Dolomites and they stored my bags for free while I was trekking. It was lovely coming back to the hotel after the trek for some R&R! Can’t recommend this hotel more!

Excellently located hotel, with private parking. Rooms are as you'd expect - not super spacious, but big enough for sleeping. We had a room with an extra adjacent room where 3 beds for the kids were placed, which worked fine.

staffs are unfriendly and we can’t ask much when we need help. the receptionists are not welcoming at all. it says breakfast buffet, but there is no protein base like egg. only 1 egg dish per person is given, you cant have more eggs in buffet is ridiculous. complimentary water is given for the first night only regardless of how many nights you stay.

Bed and Breakfast, especially the latter. Fresh fruits, coffee is made by a staff, not from an automatic machine. Friendly and helpful staff.
