The location in front of the sea and the pool.

Breakfast was poor, and one of our two beds was really bad !

Beautiful grounds, people and location.

Double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Sleeping in the division was not optimalu

Great location, beach and swimming pool.

Noisy external exhaust fan (runs for around 30 mins) and poor breakfast (could do with some fruit fresh or otherwise)

Excellent location, spacious room, a bit outdated but very clean facilities, nice pool and great beach just in front of the hotel. Definitely better than expected.

Some fruits or vegetables for breakfast would be nice

At first we got a room that wasn't completely ready (the bed wasn't prepared), this was quickly resolved by the receptionist/hotel manager who changed our rooms to a room with a better view

The problem with the room was the AC did not work (which we only realized in the late evening) and the room was full of mosquitoes since we have to have the balcony open

Hotel Terminal is a very nice hotel in an amazing position on the Santa Maria de Leuca Lungomare. Probably the most central location of all and within very easy walking distance to the restaurants and cafes, but also to the steps to the Basilicata, the marina and the beautiful Punto Ristola which I was lucky enough to visit to see the magnificent sunset. My room was on the side of the hotel with a lovely balcony providing both sea and pool views. The room was very spacious and bright with a fridge, coffee machine and safe. Bathroom was a good size and nice and light. The pool was beautiful, very big and very clean with plenty of sun loungers, but unfortunately a bit too cold for me 🙄. Having access to the private beach and sun loungers across the road was a real bonus too. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to the reception staff, Aessandra and Matteo, who were amazingly helpful throughout my stay, but particularly when I misplaced my phone (which thankfully was found).. And finally a shout-out to Bella, the beautiful hotel cat who definitely seemed to own the place 🤭 I would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

The decor in the room is a little tired and could use an upgrade and the bed was two singles pushed together which could have been more comfortable, but these were relatively minor issues. The biggest disappointment for me was the missed opportunity of the hotel to utilize the outdoor seating at the front of the hotel. There was a bar, but it was rarely staffed and felt almost like it wasn't open. This area would be particularly lovely to sit with a coffee or a Spritz and watch the passers by. I'm sure that option was available, but could have been better promoted, perhaps this was just due to my visit being in low season.

Beautiful view and balcony! The staff made up for the lacking property. Everyone was very kind and attentive.

Very old property in dire need of a remodel. A/C only ran when key was in which left the room smelling very musty. Beds were very old and stained. Bedding was stained and old. Mold in showers as well as holes in grout and rusted screws. This is a new listing as I think it is new to Booking but it is a very old hotel that is not kept up. The breakfast is very basic. Coffee was good though.
