Very near the historic centre. Lots of parking. Nice and clean. The staff were friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. The bathroom and shower were great!

This was very modern hotel and was very comfortable. So easy to walk into Gubbio to enjoy the town. Very nice staff and excellent price. The breakfast was very nice.

For vegetarians the breakfast was limited. Lots of meat, cheese and sugar rich foods, not so much fruit, nuts and sugar free cereals (porridge oats of sugar free muesli).

Visit of Sant'Ubaldo (Church) Basilica. Co-op is close by. The bus to Perugia stopped opposite the Hub hotel.

To explore local attractions the Hub Hotel is located in the best place. To reach the hotel with public transport isn't possible from Fosso Di Vico Gubbio. Which is the nearest train station from Rome. A taxi cost €40-50 from the Fosso Di Vico Gubbio train station. Where you can get direct trains to Rome.

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel just a few steps from Gubbio’s historic center. Nice gardens and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Convenient parking. Not too far from the historic center of town. Breakfast was typical for Italian hotels, but the hotel restaurant served high quality dinner at very reasonable price. Service at the restaurant was also excellent. Clean. Reception staff helpful.

The staff was very kind. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a pleasant walk away from town centre (15 minutes).

Nothing. But if you require 5-star facilities, it is probably not the right place for you.

Good location, close to the old town, with parking included. Quiet room with good beds and a clean bathroom. The price is very competitive, it also includes a simple breakfast. All in all, it is a good hotel, offering excellent value for the money. I would certainly stay there again.

My only negative experience of our whole stay would be the young lady managing breakfast. She clearly rolled her eyes when I spoke in Italian; wasn't very friendly at all. Perhaps just an off day???

This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian. We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich. The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed.

Very nice hotel with good location close to the center (10min walk) and behind the hotel there is a super market.Clean rooms big with all the necessities.The personnel is kind ready to help with directions and suggestions for the city. I suggest it.
