Communal balcony above our room could hear the furniture being moved

Location, hospitality, pretty much everything. Enough for two days stay & then explore rest of Sardinia.

Superb location and really lovely apartment with its own entrance. Lovely decor.

Beautiful bright room, so tastefully decorated and large comfortable bed. Marvellous large shower. Great location.

Maybe because we were off season, there was lack of attention to detail. No water in the room/fridge and just one small beer and no glasses. On returning back after dinner the entrance hallway was in total darkness which made it difficult to find a light switch. Hard to call what was on offer next morning a "breakfast". We found one small container of apple juice, a mess from earlier guests and plastic wrapped, long life cakes 😬

Beautiful place to stay, very comfortable and a great terrace top view where we had our breakfast. Giuseppe was extremely helpful.

The property is perfect! Our navigation system took us past the B&B and once passed there’s no u-turns possible but it’s an old town and castle so to be expected.

Location was excellent in the stunning old town with its narrow cobbled streets and restaurants

The downstairs room is built into the rock so smells damp. The spa bath on the website was not offered and neither was the rooftop terrace. There was nowhere in the old town to buy food and everything is shut on a Sunday morning, so you need to come prepared. Breakfast was a help yourself affair with sponges in plastic and no milk.

Wifi not working - Breakfast was too basic - Great potential in this regards but needs improvement.

Great location at the top, near the Castle. Good cafe next door with nice views. Short walk down hill to the town centre to shops, restaurants, town beach, etc. Friendly owner met us on arrival! Nice bedroom with outdoor balcony with table and chairs. We especially liked the look and feel of this B&B and would certainly stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family.

Giuseppe was an amazing host. He communicated very well in advance, gave good tips for town and checked in after we left. The location was spectacular!! Gorgeous views off the piazza, easy access to explore the castle, churches and park below, as well as walk into town. We were there in the off season, so it was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There was also a nice balcony off the room. We would love to stay here again one day!

Tastefully renovated property at the entrance to the old town. Great rooftop terrace with views over the town and sea. Friendly and welcoming host. Would definitely recommend this property. Can’t wait to go back.

The location is perfect. Just at the beginning of the old town.

The room was beautifully decorated and was cozy and comfortable! Our room also had a great view on the sea! Giuseppe, the owner, was also very nice and welcoming and gave us handy recommendations! Mattress was comfortable and blinds close perfectly, allowing us to sleep well! Highly recommend!

Just needs a coffee machine in the room!

Our stay was perfect, and the property was very clean and modern. It was refreshingly different from others in a good way. The property owner did an unusual but fantastic job on the property.
