We arrived a bit earlier due to a boat tour and unfortunately couldn’t leave our luggage although there is an entrance area where it could have been fine to store for a few hours until we checked in but completely understand the factors into why not.

Valentina and Daniele were very communicable hosts from the get-go and always great with suggestions. Their accommodation was easy to find with free street parking, and it’s a short walk to enjoy the night life of Ortigia. We wish we had more time here than just one night. The apartment was really well maintained and enjoyable to stay in.

Very cool rooms, modern and well equipped. We had a big terrace. The owners were very helpful. We found parking there almost every time (careful some spots are restricted on different days of the week). Good supermarket close by. We had a nice stay.

Close to Oritiga and on the way to Oritiga there are very nice streets and restaurants around. Nice, big, clean room. We enjoyed our stay.. PS. recomendations very useful. We enjoyed Playa Ognina and Spiaggia dell'Arenella... Definitely have a pastry from Bar Milk And Coffee (3 minutes away by walk)

We can say only good things!

It is a big apartment with 5 rooms, each one with a private bathroom. We booked 4 of the rooms and all of them were amazing! It was very clean and there were compliments in the rooms - coffee, tea, water! It was a big surprise that the rooms have been cleaned each day as you are in a hotel! There are free parking places in front of the building and in may we didn't have problems finding 2 spots for 2 cars 3 days in a row! The building is in a nice area with coffees, bakeries, Restaurants, supermarkets - everything you need and only 10-15 minutes walking from the old town of Siracusa Ortigas. We were provided with all needed information for the area from the owners - very nice of them! The price is very good and we are very happy! :)

Everything was perfect

We chose the place for its proximity to the station. However, it is close to everything else as well. Nice residential area next to a very green park and then you walk down the street and you are in Ortigia. Very nice room. Having stayed in the old town of the cities we visited before Syracuse, we appreciated a modern room. Although we didn't take one with a balcony, I would recommend taking a room with a balcony (we saw it next to our window) - spacious and nice one with seating furniture. Coffee, tea, water provided complimentary. Great communication with the host, very easy check-in. They also sent us a long list of recommendations for everything we might need and I must say those were really good recommendations (not the general tourist stuff).

Just a note on the shower handle as it was kind of broken, but it was not a big issue. Also the first night we arrived the 2 of us took a shower and the hot water was finishing.

Very confortable room and bed, and great location in Siracusa, next to main street with shops and coffees, great restaurants atmosphere within 5-10min and 10min walking from Ortigia. The hosts were really nice welcoming us and giving suggestions for our stay.

Easy walk from the train & easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Daniele met us on site & was very welcoming, then sent tips for coffee restaurants & beaches to visit. ‘Milk Coffee’ across the road for great coffee.

We had two rooms, but both beds were unfortunately uncomfortable. In one room, shower head was broken and there was not enough hot water, but for a short stay this is really minor discomfort.

It was in a great location a short walk to Ortigia and similarly to the archaeological sites in the opposite direction. Really nice, spacious and reasonably new apartment with good security. Daniele was a great host and the rooms are cleaned every day. Had small balcony with no views

There was a problem with the bath siphon. It was stuck so the douche cabin was full of water after use.

Nice and clean room with very comfortable bed. The location is very good - near to Ortigia (around 10 min walking) and also there is a paid parking very close to the building (there's also some free parking spots in the area). Valentina and Daniele are very nice hosts and the communication was great!
