The only thing we didn't like, was the parking fee for our hire car - thirty Euros a night.

The hotel could not have been more central, and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked very late and were upgraded to a room on level 3 with the most incredible view across Siena and the valley. Great staff and easy walking distance to everything Siena has to offer.

The listing should have much clearer that while the facility had an elevator … there were two more flights of stairs to navigate to our room. As senior citizens, it was an issue for us. The young man who checked us in kindly assisted with our luggage but there was no such help when we checked out. The “leave nothing to the imagination” glass bathroom enclosure was a bit of a surprise.

The historic features were stunning and the views were fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the climate control system was excellent. What’s not to love about Siena?

It is frankly impossible to find anything not to like.

It was one of the best vacations we ever had; the staff was as friendly and ready to help as it gets. The room was amazing, with an outstanding view. The rooftop aperitivo was out of this world. If you are looking for a place to stay in Siena, this is the one.

Fabulous location. - 5 minutes to Il Campo and restaurants everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Simple and comfortable. Driving is difficult. Do use their car park service. They bring breakfast to your room each morning

Excellent hotel. Clean and well located. Staff are efficient and friendly. It is quiet and yet not far from the main tourist areas. The night we stayed was a Sunday and there was a contrada party near with loud music playing till after midnight. No fault of the hotel of course but if you are staying on weekend nights until the horse race, this may be a feature. I suspect it will be in any hotel in that part of town, not just this one.
