We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOur room only had a little window, but we knew this beforehand. The breakfast was OK, in a cafe in front of the accommodation. nothing exceptional.
The owner received us at midnight (as our flight arrived late in Napoli), she was kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and the common areas were very nice. It is located in a charming old building with modern comforts. The air conditioner was working perfectly. The locations was good, around 15 min walk from the city centre.

United KingdomThe area around is a typical example of local historical areas, however is not very clean. However the touristic old town centre is close. The bar where we got vouchers for breakfast we did not like much...
I went to I tetti because I needed to be at the archaeological museum for work, on fact is quite close me and my son have been in the apartment with the double bed on the . Everything so clean, bed very comfortable. My friend enjoyed the double room in the same mini apartment. The place was refurbished with nice taste and very nice paintings on the wall.

FranceThe landlady was very lovely, giving us advice on the places to see in Naples, being very available for us even early in the morning. The room was perfect for us 3 for a night, we would have loved to stay longer! Even is it's close to a noisy street, we didn't hear anything from the room, and it was pretty close to metro stations, so easy to reach the historical center or the harbour. In a nutshell, a great stay!

GreeceOur friend's room had no Wi-Fi signal at all and was generally noisy. No one entered our rooms during our stay (3 nights) to at least take our garbage out. I wanted to ask for a thinner pillow but I ended up not to, because usually no one is around to ask for something. On the day of departure when we payed, we faced the owner who had an indifferent attitude and said no thank you or goodbye which gave me a really bad impression. Finally the area is very filthy but we selected it due to the fact that all around in different directions are metro stations.
Our room was spacious, clean and had really good Wi-Fi signal. On arrival the owner welcomed us and gave us advise on the city as well as a map.

GermanyI wouldn’t state that the breakfast is included, you’ll receive a ticket allowing you to grab a coffee and a croissant in the Cafe next door.
Staff if very friendly, the room is exactly like in the pictures. Location is quite central, but be prepared to walk up some hills on your way back, that’s just life in Naples.

PolandHuge issues with water in the bathroom: every time, I had to wait a few minutes for warm water to start pouring, and when it did, the water pressure went down. Then, cold water again. It definitely needs some fixing.
Comfortable beds, spacious, quiet rooms, cleanness, very welcoming and warm staff, great communication with the host, well-equipped kitchen.

United KingdomAfter arriving early I was told I couldn't go into my room until right on check in, and they would not let me eat my food on the terrace as it was "for guests only" as though I was a stranger off the street. I was told to wait in the pool area which was full of flies. Driver who picked up from the airport was rude.
Clean, good to have transport to airport. The young gentlemen who took me to the airport in the morning was lovely and polite.
