The staff were amazing and very nice. They let us keep our luggage, offered extra free water bottles when we were thirsty in addition to the free minibar products. We were always in contact on WhatsApp. The room itself was large, clean, and had AC, coffee and tea, all the usual facilities.

Ianno Napoli rooms are located about 300-400 metres from the Napoli Centrale train station and bus terminal. This makes it quite convenient to walk to with your luggage when arriving into Napoli via public transport. The room was excellent, nice spacious bathroom, small balcony, and everything is practically brand new. The host Giovanni and his family are absolutely brilliant and go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay at their accommodation. In fact, Giovanni's father even took me a across the road to shout me an Italian espresso! The apartment is within 5-10 minute walking distance of key attractions within the center of Napoli, such as Centro Storico, Spaccanapoli, restaurants and cafes.

The room is simply furnished but had everything you could possibly need. It is very clean and comfortable. The owner could not be more helpful meeting us to help with luggage both upon arrival and upon leaving. There is an elevator. Here are many good restaurants nearby. Neighborhoods around train stations are often gritty and this was no different. But it was safe and we were not bothered by anyone. It took me a day to get used to it to feel comfortable.

Giovanni was honestly one of the nicest hosts we've ever had, and we've been to over 60 countries. We had arrived early from our Naples ferry, and he accommodated an early check in. We needed our luggage stored while we were in Amalfi, and he was able to help us with this. Finally due to train delays, we needed to extend our check out, and he was able to help us with this. His communication was excellent and truly helpful. The room itself was great. Comfortable with modern amenities. There is some noise from the main road but this is obviously to be expected, especially near the train station. The shutters definitely helped with this. The location is perfect, a short block of walk to the train and subway station. The bus also stops a few meters from it, though their timings can be unreliable. All in, an amazing stay for great value. I'm glad we chose this place and I'm glad Giovanni was our guy.

The bed was not super comfortable, but good enough. FYI, the elevator is super tiny. The streets around the property are full of street vendors that take most of the sidewalk.

The room was clean and spacious with A/C, which is a must in the summer. The bathroom had a good shower and everything you need. Giovanni was a great host and he recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood where we had a great meal. The area looked a bit chaotic but the room was safe and quiet. Great location if you need to use trains or metro, and walking distance to the old town.

We checked in remotely and the owner gave us very clear instructions and was very helpful. He even collected one of us from the room to take her to the station as she was worried about walking with her bag. Highly recommend Amazing location - just 5 mins walk from the station

Extremely good host !!!!! Warm welcoming, willing to help with everything any time. Nice room with everything you need. The location was near public transportation and also near Alibus which is the bus from the airport. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Iannò Napoli Rooms. I would recommend it unconditionally 😃

The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great attention to detail, such as the mosquito mesh on all the windows (I'm going to install similar ones at home!). or the extra silent bathroom door.

The room was within very easy walking distance to the train station. Although the building appears old from the outside, the rooms are newly renovated and are modern and spotless. It’s like stepping into a different world. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There were wonderful views from the balconies. It was refreshing after a day of traveling.

The street outside is noisy at night and it’s run down . The host is aware of this and working with municipalities to improve situation.

The property is located a short walk from Napoli Centrale & Garibaldi stations. It’s a really convenient base to explore the city although the area is a bit noisey but once you close the shutter the noise is minimal. The room is spotless, well appointed and spacious. Giovanni is a very welcoming & helpful host who is eager to assist with any questions or needs you may have. I have no hesitation in recommending this residence and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Naples. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. I couldn’t fault it.

Perfect room for our two night stay in Naples. Giovanni, our host, was very responsive and flexible. He was also pleasant and helpful. Check-in was easy.
